I bought the plugin 4 days ago with an addon. The plugin itself might be good - but I can't use it because I have problems setting it up and the support just doesn't respond at all. I have an important levy and these problems are just annoying. I have commented here, I have emailed - nothing. Just frustrating.

This plugin is wasted money!
The features of the plugin are good. But the problem is that there is no reliable support (timely and solution-oriented). You wait for days just for a reply and then you still dont have a solution for your problem.
Who should use this plugin? For private users it is far too complex. For business users, it lacks professional support.

Consequence: I have uninstalled the plugin again and now use another one. Response time of the support there: 2-4 hours! That is what I need as a business user.

It doesn´t work and nobody help you. Zero communication with author of Progress map. I wrote him on email but he didn´t answer more than 2 weeks. We have error on websites...

The plugin is very good and functional. If I put this rating it is because the customer service is not good; They answered my first question, but not the rest. It is impossible to contact the author and therefore there are details of the plugin that do not work correctly.

Great plugin with countless design options. Plus great support and regular updates and maintenance. I do not regret the purchase and can only recommend the plugin.

Excellent support and a great product.

Support is great and I love this plugin. It does everything my client needs - a Trolley Tour company that wanted a map showing all of the tour stops with pictures and descriptions of each stop... the carousel under map of stops wasn't working and the plugin developer got back to me within 24 hours and problem was resolved. THank you!

The plugin is good and well documented but support is non existing

The documentation for this product is super thorough! I wish I understood it a bit better, but I'm not a developer, so I do struggle a bit. But when I do struggle, the customer support is quick and accurate. They've helped me a dozen times which has allowed me to set up this feature on sites for multiple clients. I highly recommend this plugin!

Plugin is very complex to use and author doesn't answer to support requests.

This plugin seems to barely work. I've reached out to the dev team several times, but not getting help/responses back. I see the same with many of the other people that have purchased this. If you have a map that only needs a couple of things included this is probably an okay solution. If you're trying to do anything larger that you wouldn't want to try to re-create from scratch when your map breaks, keep looking.

Support does not exist, however good the plugin is, not getting assistance makes it poor, also because it is complex and requires help.

I like the plugin but due to documentation failure it take a lot of effort to integrate the map on your website or single posts.

Very satisfied with the service: I have had the plugin more than once, and there was a problem recently. I was able to benefit from the corrected plugin update, at no additional cost. This is exactly what I'm looking for, simple and effective.
