My work has been released and one year old issue is still there… The Author disappeared. Also my license for updates expired… unreliable product

It took months to integrate this plugin with Envira Gallery — there were issues with both — and then the support team stopped responding to my post-launch questions. I have a paid support plan and have been trying to get something answered for 4 months with ZERO response. We had to pay a developer to fix an error related to this plug-in because we couldn't get help. They also are not addressing things that need to be fixed — like the Places map and inabiiity to navigate to another page from the infoboxes. Also, the infoboxes that you can run under or alongside the map are NOT responsive. I've been reporting these issues for probably close to a year but nothing has been done. Very frustrated and I would recommend you try to find a similar plug-in that is being maintained. This one hasn't been updated Since May 2024.

This plugin is super powerful and easy to customize. I have used both the primary plugin and the List & Filter extension to create a project for a client. The plugin works with custom post types out of the box and that was crucial for my work.
I was impressed by the options to control the layout and display of content, as well as the functionality of the map.
Codespacing provided stellar support when I ran into some technical issues that ended up being server-related.
I highly recommend this plugin for its customizability, its documentation and support.
The plugin is exceptional, perfect for my clients real estate website. The customer support is well - the best!! Truly the best support I've had on any plugin to-date and I've been web designing for over 15 years. Thank you! I highly recommend this plugin and look forward to using it again!

I bought the plugin 4 days ago with an addon. The plugin itself might be good - but I can't use it because I have problems setting it up and the support just doesn't respond at all. I have an important levy and these problems are just annoying. I have commented here, I have emailed - nothing. Just frustrating.
It doesn´t work and nobody help you. Zero communication with author of Progress map. I wrote him on email but he didn´t answer more than 2 weeks. We have error on websites...
I read the documentation in the marketplace and the developers website. After reading I felt confident that it would work within my projects guidelines. Quickly I found that it would not. Developer will not refund. So read and "try" to ask questions before spending your money.

. There are details of the plugin that do not work correctly. I have never had such a negative experience with a plugin on Codecanyon. I want a refund of the payment as there is no support from the developer.Author response

The plugin is very good and functional. If I put this rating it is because the customer service is not good; They answered my first question, but not the rest. It is impossible to contact the author and therefore there are details of the plugin that do not work correctly.
Great plugin with countless design options. Plus great support and regular updates and maintenance. I do not regret the purchase and can only recommend the plugin.

Support is great and I love this plugin. It does everything my client needs - a Trolley Tour company that wanted a map showing all of the tour stops with pictures and descriptions of each stop... the carousel under map of stops wasn't working and the plugin developer got back to me within 24 hours and problem was resolved. THank you!
