The plugin is good and well documented but support is non existing

The documentation for this product is super thorough! I wish I understood it a bit better, but I'm not a developer, so I do struggle a bit. But when I do struggle, the customer support is quick and accurate. They've helped me a dozen times which has allowed me to set up this feature on sites for multiple clients. I highly recommend this plugin!

Plugin is very complex to use and author doesn't answer to support requests.

This plugin seems to barely work. I've reached out to the dev team several times, but not getting help/responses back. I see the same with many of the other people that have purchased this. If you have a map that only needs a couple of things included this is probably an okay solution. If you're trying to do anything larger that you wouldn't want to try to re-create from scratch when your map breaks, keep looking.

Support does not exist, however good the plugin is, not getting assistance makes it poor, also because it is complex and requires help.

I like the plugin but due to documentation failure it take a lot of effort to integrate the map on your website or single posts.

Very satisfied with the service: I have had the plugin more than once, and there was a problem recently. I was able to benefit from the corrected plugin update, at no additional cost. This is exactly what I'm looking for, simple and effective.

Questions are not answered. All demo functions are only possible after purchasing add-ons.

Support is terribly slow even you might not have any support like us, so you have to fix all issues yourself!

This is my second review after using the plugin for a few weeks. I gave a 5 star for the plugin, options, programming. I'm giving a 2 star for support.

Their support options are sub-par to the product that they have developed. The user interface of the plugin is very good and easy to understand and comes with a ton of options which is great. The docs that come with it along with their website make it very easy to figure out most things on your own. However, if you have a question, plan on waiting a very long time for the answer. Support is an important element to great software.

To elevate this plugin I believe they could set up a simple support forum and ticketing platform. Currently, they take "up to 10 days" to answer a question on CodeCanyon and that is the only place you can submit questions. It's impossible to search and find out if others had the same question that was already answered (a support forum would be a win/win for them and their customers).

Cada x meses el desarrollador hace cambios en el plugin para OBLIGARTE a pagar el soporte e incluso cuando le pagas el nuevo plazo de soporte es bastante probable que te deje tirado.

Hace un par de años tenía un proyecto y el señor desarrollador dejó de darme soporte a los 5 días de comprar el plugin, tuve que cambiar de plugin.

Ahora tengo una web que hice hace AÑOS y que de repente da un error "misterioso" (el usuario de MYSQL no está bien configurado en el config.php, cuando SÍ lo está y esa web no se ha tocado en años), además no puedo actualizar el tema de Wordpress porque si lo hago el plugin no irá.

Y el soporte sube y sube de precio de una forma escandalosa.
