for Customer Support

I bought the plugin 4 days ago with an addon. The plugin itself might be good - but I can't use it because I have problems setting it up and the support just doesn't respond at all. I have an important levy and these problems are just annoying. I have commented here, I have emailed - nothing. Just frustrating.
