I would like to inquire if it’s possible to customize the PDF sent to both the client and admin, so that two questions appear on the same row instead of each having its own. Ideally, each row would be 50% in width, displaying two answers per row.

I have been using the plugin for several years now without any problems.
However, the ‘Pricing Table’ element does not seem to work. I have done several tests and always get the following Server Side Errors:

We do not have any issue with the Pricing Table. The issue might be happening due to some server-side error due to compatibility issues or lower resources.
To confirm the issue, you would need to check PHP server error log. Please enable WordPress debugging and check if there is any error log generated on your server in the wp-content folder. It will help us to identify the exact issue.
You need to enable the following settings in wp-config.php and check further to see if there is any error log generated while performing the action where you have this issue.

I was able to fix the error. After I entered the price with 2 decimal places after the decimal point in the ‘Pricing Table’ element, the error message disappeared.

It’s not active on our old server; we disabled the plugin there.
When we tried to activate it on our new server, this error appeared. “Could not connect to activation server. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5000 milliseconds”

Hi, I have a question that I don’t find on the documentation of the plugin. I would like to don’t “record” the submission for some quizz, because these quizz are just questions to redirect to another page where there is the “real” quizz (for the score).
By now, with the “redirect” option of the form, the result are saved to “All submission”. How we can do to don’t record the submission of a specific form ?

Sorry, it’s not possible to prevent submissions from being recorded in the database. You’ll need to delete them manually or find an alternative method.

Hi! We are unable to get the user to update the data. The user fills out the form and registers as a subscriber. By logging in from the wp panel, going into your subscription, if you complete the data and resubmit the form, it is not updated as it recognizes it as an already existing mail. What are we doing wrong?

All is fine from the admin side, but how can I give the logged in author the permission to create new forms? Right now when I login as an author I can only see reports sub menu and submissions (obviously both are empty because this user can’t create forms).
