Hi, I have a question that I don’t find on the documentation of the plugin. I would like to don’t “record” the submission for some quizz, because these quizz are just questions to redirect to another page where there is the “real” quizz (for the score).
By now, with the “redirect” option of the form, the result are saved to “All submission”. How we can do to don’t record the submission of a specific form ?

Sorry, it’s not possible to prevent submissions from being recorded in the database. You’ll need to delete them manually or find an alternative method.

Hi! We are unable to get the user to update the data. The user fills out the form and registers as a subscriber. By logging in from the wp panel, going into your subscription, if you complete the data and resubmit the form, it is not updated as it recognizes it as an already existing mail. What are we doing wrong?

I have a problem with the automatic setting of the Reply-To field.
It automatically takes the sender’s address, but that’s not what I want! I would like to send emails through a secure sender but set the Reply-To to a completely different address. When I set a Reply-To in the email header, it ends up setting two addresses: the one I enter and the one that eForm sets by itself. I am requesting that this automatic setting be disabled or that we, as Pro users, be given the option to disable the automatic Reply-To setting or to set it manually.

However, this automatic setting of the Reply-To header poses a problem for professional users who need more control over this functionality. Specifically, I have attempted to set the Reply-To header to the form’s email field using the placeholder percentO6percent (In my case this is my email field in the form submission) but it does not have any effect. This feature is crucial for administrators who need to reply directly to the user’s email address provided in the form submission.
Could you please provide clarification on the following points:
1. Why is the Reply-To header in user emails automatically set to the sender’s email address specified in the form settings, and can this behavior be overridden?
2. How can we properly configure the custom Reply-To header to use the email address entered in the form field? This is for admin mails.

1. Mostly it all depends on the email client how they treat the reply-to from the header, in Gmail, it’s working fine, you can check it in yahoo as well. Please confirm if you are having the issue with Gmail as well.
To ensure email delivery, we add from email address according to your settings, but we add a Sender header which refers to the default wordpress@example.com. It depends on the email client (like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) to show either the From header or Sender header. We are doing this to make sure the email will reach the inbox.
Also, please try installing SMTP plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-smtp/
It works sometimes for this type of scenario.
2. Sorry, the format string will not work here in the header.

3. We have a dedicated User Portal page where user can view their submission. Filtering records based on rating is not possible, we need to build a custom module to achieve this type of feature.
4. Conditional email to admin based on the rating is possible, unfortunately, this is not possible in case of user notifications.
