Hello, We are facing an issue with the Purchase code.
After some update, the plugin started showing warning about entering License Code. When we go to the Plugin Settings, it says “Locked” at the top right corner. And it instructs us to enter the License Key. But when we go to the code canyon purchase section, download the PDF and copy-paste the ‘Purchase Code’, it is saying “Invalid license key. Please enter correct license key.”. Please help us with the issue.
Hi ashwiniprabhu14
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Please use incognito mode in your browser!
In order to set the License key for the Filter Everything PRO plugin, simply head to Filters -> Settings -> License and click the “Get your License Key” button.
It will take you to a new page where you have to log in with your Envato credentials (with an account where you have purchased the plugin) and obtain your License key.
This is the license key that is used for activation of the plugin.
Best Regards,
Victor
So, we purchased the plugin from “https://codecanyon.net/” which I am currently signed into.
I am able to visit the downloads section “https://codecanyon.net/downloads” where I can see “Filter Everything | WordPress/WooCommerce Product Filter” Regular License with Download Button. I’ve downloaded “License certificate & purchase code (PDF)” and “License certificate & purchase code (text)” and used the Purchase Code from there. The PDF has the title “License Certificate” and Includes things like Licensor’s Author Username: Licensee: Item Title: Item URL: Item ID: Item Purchase Code: Purchase Date. So, is there another License Key which is separate from Purchase Code received from Code Canyon?
So, is there another License Key which is separate from Purchase Code received from Code Canyon?
Yes, that is absolutely correct. A license key and a CodeCanyon purchase code are two different things.

Hello Victor, Thank you for your help.
We were able to get the License Key and now it’s showing Registered. We’re now able to edit Filter Sets.
Now, I would like to move to the primary issue for which we wanted to modify the Filter Sets.
We noticed that for some reason the Price filter and In-stock filter was not working in the catalog. We don’t know when it started misbehaving. We have multiple filter sets each targeting separate types of archive pages. Shop All Filter Set, Category Filter Set, Brand Filter Set, Tag Filter Set, Search Filter Set, Swiss Watches Filter Set.
- We have set Stock Status filter using “_stock_status” Meta Key - We have set Price filter using “_price” Meta Key
But when we apply filter, the filtered products did not match the pricing range and sold out items were also showing up in the catalog even after applying stock status.
Now, when we apply filter, it is working. So, was the functioning of the filter somehow connected to whether the License Key is activated or not? There was no License Key process when we initially setup the plugin.
The filtering was not working but now it is working. We will follow up again if we notice any issue.
Thanks.
I do have a few issues to resolve and settings in which I need help. I will start a new thread for it.
Thank you for helping with License Key activation.
Hi ashwiniprabhu14
Perhaps the issue was that you needed to update the filter set in order to work with the modified query on the page.
Since there was no license and the status was blocked, it did not allow you to update the filter set. Most likely, this is why it worked after license activation and updating the filter set with the prices.

Victor
Hi,
I’m using this plugin: https://www.studiowombat.com/plugin/advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/
I have an attribute Diameter in my attributes from WooCommerce. And I have the same attribute in the pluging as mentioned above.
Can I combine these 2 in 1 filter?
Thanks for your information.
Hi jochendm
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Unfortunately, combining two or more attributes, taxonomies, or custom fields into a single filter is not possible, at least not yet.
If you want all of the values in one filter, you need to add them to a single attribute and apply it to your products; then all of the values will appear in the same filter from that attribute.

Victor
Hi,
I’m running into an issue with filtering by categories and would like some guidance on whether this is possible with Filter Everything Pro.
I want to filter by categories, but when a category is selected, I want the filter to show only its subcategories, with the original parent category disappearing. Is this possible to achieve with Filter Everything Pro?
Alternatively, I’m considering a setup with two separate filter sets:
A Filter Everything search bar at the top, Additional filters at the bottom using a different set from Filter Everything.
Between them, a list of categories added separately.
Can either of these setups be achieved with the plugin? If so, could you please explain how to configure it?
Thank you sm

If you are referring to being on the physical category page and want to display only subcategories in the filter, this can be achieved by using a separate filter set for the category page. In the required filter, under “More options,” use the include/exclude functionality to add only the required category terms.
Alternatively, I’m considering a setup with two separate filter sets
You can place two or more filter sets on the same page. To display them, you need the same number of shortcodes or widgets on the page.

I want my attribute to be ordered by number. I changed the taxonomy in Products → Attributes. Then I uninstalled and installed the plugin again, but nothing changed.
Hi dawmacpolska
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
If you created an attribute in Products > Attributes and set the required order of attribute terms by drag and dropping, all you need to do is go to Filter Set > navigate to the required filter > More options > Menu order (123) (please note, you need to move the attribute terms at least once so the order is saved by WooCommerce) > then click the Update button in the filter set.

So I just paid $49 to download Pro version and still see ‘Specify individual HTML selector of Posts Container for AJAX
Available in PRO’
What do I need to do. I don’t see any place to add a key or anything.
Where to filter? Specify page(s) where the Posts list should be filtered is located
Available in PRO And what to filter? Determines what exactly the Posts list (WP_Query) on a page should be filtered
Available in PRO Empty Terms To hide or not Filter terms that do not contain posts
Never hide Show counters Displays the number of posts in a term
Search Field Allows you to search by text among filtered posts
«Apply Button» mode Enables filtering by clicking the Apply button
HTML id or class of the Posts Container Specify individual HTML selector of Posts Container for AJAX
Available in PRO
Regardless of where I go or what I do I don’t get a chance to fix my NON-PRO status. Please help me.
Hi cascadeballistics406
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Have you installed and activated the PRO version of the plugin on your site? If not, please check the installation instructions on this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/quick-start/
To configure the AJAX container, please refer to this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/
Please let us know if you managed to configure everything.

Filter Everything — WooCommerce Product & WordPress Filter Add Filters | Settings | Deactivate | Get PRO Filters everything in WordPress & WooCommerce: Products, any Post types, by Any Criteria. Compatible with WPML, ACF and others popular. Supports AJAX.
I have installed the version that was downloaded after my purchase that wasn’t Pro. Now I have redownloaded that’s same download and all of a sudden, it must be an act of God that on the second time I click download from the same link and the file name has changed and it’s now Pro. Next time maybe you should let people know that they may need to wait to get Pro.
Super lame.
We are sorry to hear that.
If you are stating that after purchasing the plugin, you downloaded the plugin archive file from CodeCanyon and it appears to be the Free version instead of the PRO version, then this is a matter that must be investigated through Envato Marketplace support.
This is a serious allegation, as it implies the distribution of incorrect or unauthorized files. Envato Marketplace has full access to download logs, purchase records, and file histories, and they are the only party able to verify what exact files were delivered to your account.
All plugin archive files on CodeCanyon are managed exclusively by the marketplace. Every update and every modification is reviewed and verified by Envato staff before being made available to customers. It is not technically possible for us to upload/swap versions or alter files outside of Envato’s controlled review process, which typically takes several days depending on their schedule.
For reference, the latest plugin update was released on July 22, 2025, which is publicly visible on the official product page: https://codecanyon.net/item/filter-everything-wordpress-woocommerce-filter/31634508If there is any discrepancy, the only appropriate next step is to involve Envato support so they can investigate this matter based on their internal records.
Best Regards,
Victor
The plugin is generating a weird 301 redirect from a product page /mala-beads/gemstone-rosewood-full-mala/ to a blog page /mala-beads-authentic/. When I disable the plugin url goes to correct product page. The issue is related to having “gemstone” set in the Product Tags prefix as when I change it the url does not redirect.
Hi afungusboy
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
That is the exact issue. This slug/prefix is already used somewhere on the site, which is causing a conflict with the 301 redirections. This is most likely how the redirections are configured on your site, instead of showing a 404 error.
The only solution is to change the filter’s prefix to something unique that does not conflict with existing slugs on the site.

Hi again, one more question…
I created a custom Taxonomy with ACF (events) with a custom field whitin (Date).
I need to filter (or order categories is good as well) for this custom field (date)
I’m trying but I can’t manage to work….any tips?
Thanks a lot. Mx.
Hi Mx
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Just to make sure we all understand correctly: you have a custom taxonomy created via ACF, and the terms in that taxonomy have custom field values containing dates. You want to set the order of the categories in a filter based on those dates, right?
Or you want to filter the taxonomy terms based on the dates custom field?
Best Regards,
Victor
I made it simpler….
I added a custom field (date) in categories and I would like to filter by it.
Thx
If you added a custom date field to the categories, like the terms shown in this example: https://prnt.sc/8j4Tm9J2j7JY you cannot filter posts or products by those values. The custom fields need to be applied directly to your posts or products. If they are applied only to categories, they will not work for filtering posts.
This is because the filters check the database for custom fields applied to the post type being filtered. They do not check taxonomy terms and what is applied to them, so if a post does not have the custom field applied directly, it will not be filtered by it.
Best Regards,
Victor
Actually, what I need is to display 2 filters on the left side of the page both with category Name and with Custom Field (date), and to show the corresponding articles either if I select the name the category or the custom field (date); keep in mind that 1 article can be associated to many categories
Is there any way to get it?
Thx a lot. Mx.
Hi Mx
We have checked the site once more, and we think we understand better what you are trying to achieve.
What you currently have is one taxonomy for events, and this taxonomy contains category terms such as year, month, event name, etc.
We would recommend the following approach to make this more maintainable and easier to filter. Instead of using one taxonomy with all terms inside it, use separate custom taxonomies or custom fields. The Category taxonomy can contain data used only for event categorization, such as Business, IT, Food, etc.
A second taxonomy should be strictly for years, where you only add years 2024, 2025, 2026…
A third taxonomy should be only for month names. You can also add a fourth taxonomy for days of the month if required (for more precise filtering).
Then, apply the required values to each of your posts. In the filter, create a filter from each taxonomy, since they are all separate. This way, you will have 3-4 filters in the filter set, giving you full control to easily find exactly what you are looking for.
For example:
Category: IT:
Year: 2025:
Month: January:
Day: 8th
This will display all products that have all of those values applied, since they are coming from separate taxonomies.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor, thanks a lot for your answer and for your concern, I really appreciate!!!
Actually I need to create a catalogue of conference speakers (articles)
Speaker are associated with one or more events (category)
What I need to achieve is to filter spekers by category name (event name) or for category date (event date)
splitting for year/month etc is optional, it is a workaround I’m trying to setup…
Please help!!!
Thank you. Regards. Mx.
Since you placed everything in the taxonomy called event, you have two options:
Separate the data into different custom taxonomies or custom fields and apply them to your posts. This allows you to create multiple filters and filter by each type of data individually.
Keep everything in one taxonomy, but then you will only be able to use a single, large filter for all the data.
Right now, you have a filter from the events taxonomy. All we added is the custom field filter from the “data_evento” custom field displayed on the Relatori page. It would be better to store the data in a more readable format, for example: 2026-02-28.
Alternatively, you can wait for the 1.9.2 update, which will introduce new filters for dates. These will support the ACF Date Picker custom field and display the filters as a calendar, similar to how post dates are handled.
Best Regards,
Victor
We just noticed that you have two pages named Relatori, and the one set as the homepage is not filtering. Is this the correct page?
Best Regards,
Victor
Yes I’m just trying in many different ways
Thanks a lot, I’m looking forward for v 1.9.2.
Really thanks for your help
Bye. Mx.
Hi Victor I’m having a strange issue, when I set a page as homepage the filter stops working…any tips?
sorry to bother you
Solved!!!
I had to switch off “Search Terms” in filter then switch it on again.
Thank you.
Hi Mx
We are glad to hear that the issue was resolved.

Hi!
We have an issue with the currency
It is not possible to change the currency from BGN to EUR. When criteria are set, the selected value is displayed at the top of the filter with the “BGN” suffix. We found where this setting is located in the filter settings, but when we try to save it, it does not save correctly and the old value in BGN continues to be displayed. What could be causing this?
Hi ruslanaangelova
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Is this issue related to the issue described in this comment thread? https://codecanyon.net/comments/31888763
If yes, could you please add all of the new responses in the same comment thread so that we have the full issue history and references? It’s very confusing to work with separate comment threads if they are connected. You can log in to the site and reply in the same comment thread.
Also, can you please clarify which currency plugin you are using on your site?

Victor
Hi!
We have one more problem with the price range filter: When setting a range for the filters or adding any of the filtering attributes, the plugin does not work properly and continues to display additional products.
Example: price range is set 0 – 550. The filtered selection includes a nubner of products with price higher than 550.
What should we to to have proper selection?
Kind regards,
Hi ruslanaangelova
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Can you please share the link to the page with this issue? So that we can check it.

Hi, Victor!
The second problem that we have with the filter is:
It is not possible to change the currency from BGN to EUR. When criteria are set, the selected value is displayed at the top of the filter with the “BGN” suffix. We found the location of this setting in the filter settings, but when we attempt to save it, the save does not occur correctly, and the old value in BGN continues to be displayed. What could be causing this?
So we need support for:
1. Price range selection – the filtered products are beyond the range. 2. The currency suffix
LINK: The website is in development. I can provide a link in a personal message CURRENCY PLUGIN: AboveWP Bulgarian Eurozone
Hi ruslanaangelova
Yes, absolutely.
All of the private data you can always share via PM: https://codecanyon.net/user/fe_support
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi ruslanaangelova
CURRENCY PLUGIN: AboveWP Bulgarian Eurozone – this plugin is not on the compatibility list and appears to be quite new.
The currency symbol is not added to the numerical values yet, but this could be included in future updates.
However, the price filter should work correctly with the original prices. If it does not filter the original prices properly, can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
The plugin works with the currency plugins such as WOOCS or CURCY: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/ which is also free.

Hello, I have purchased a license, this is the code. 7e1cac01-366a-4b9a-9b68-04c8a35b74fc
I have transferred the site to a different server, and can’t access the old installation any more. Can you reset the license key so I can activate it on the new server?
Please let me know if I need to provide any more information.
Thanks! Kind regards, Udo Lee
Nevermind, I found the right license code. Thanks

Hello! We are trying to optimize a WooCommerce store with more than 15K products. We ran a profiler to see where the bottleneck of the category page is. From our tests, the highest cost is seen when we enable a price filter on Filter Everything Pro. The uncached page loads in 4s with the price filter and 2s without the price filter. This is a critical difference. Do you have any comments/advice for this situation? Why would the difference be so high? Also, can we deploy a more efficient version, maybe not through the slider but some predefined range of prices? While thinking about efficiency, is there any way in which we can make use of Litespeed/Redis setup to serve the requests better? Thank you! Cristian
Hi Cristian
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
By any chance, do you have a plugin called Discount Rules PRO?
Best Regards,
Victor
We installed it at some point, but the performance was even worse. As such, that plugin was not enabled while conducting these tests. That is a separate issue that would be nice to have a fix for, but right now I am just asking about this particular scenario with the price filter and its impact.
By default, there should be no issues with the price filter, as long as it is used on its own without any additional functionality, such as currency conversion, discount calculations, etc. These features can slow down the filter due to the dynamic nature of their calculations, since the values are not stored in the database and must be calculated for each product individually. Therefore, it is a bit unusual that the price filtering is slowing down the page on its own.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it? Preferably, a staging site where we can freely deactivate other plugins, etc., without worrying if something goes wrong.
Best Regards,
Victor
Done. Please check. Thank you!
We have checked the site, and it is quite hard to say. You are using a custom theme with custom functionality that already applies certain changes to the price itself, in addition to a customized price filter. At some level, this can consume additional resources.
Could you please try the clean plugin on a clean WordPress 2025 theme and check it with a profiler, with the caching plugin turned off? (We have currently disabled the caching plugin on the site for testing purposes.) This would be more suitable and sustainable for debugging.
Best Regards,
Victor
This is a live website, disabling the cache and installing plugins (like WP File Manager) was not something we agreed on, especially disabling the cache and keeping Query Monitor for such a long period. Please lets communicate better in the future, this is an important website, we need to know what is going on. Cache is again enabled.
I do not understand what you mean with the price. We use the WooCommerce price. How we get to its value should not really count, once it is set, right?
We want the plugin to work in our context, not with everything uninstalled. As such, maybe it would be best if we would offer access to a development server where more could be installed and tested? We asked for support because from all we could test this is a Filter Everything issue and wanted help from someone who knows how this works. Do you think you can investigate more on a development server where the site in its current form is deployed?
Hi Cristian
Our sincere apologies. We thought it was a staging site, since there were a number in the domain name, so we assumed it was a staging domain name.
There could be an extra logic layout for the price, which is a custom code, and this may be causing the additional delay, since it applies the required changes only to the price filter. We are not sure what exactly was changed or where, but this could complicate the calculations and cause a slight slowdown.
Yes, absolutely, the staging site would be perfect, where we can change everything and test.

Victor
Hi Stepasyuk,
I am experiencing an issue with Filter Everything Pro regarding the filter behavior on Category Archive pages.
The Context: I have a website for “Accommodations” (Alloggi). I have a general page where I display all posts, and the filter works perfectly there. However, I also have the same filter set applied to specific Category Archive pages.
The Problem: When I visit a specific Category page (e.g., “Apartments”), all the filter counters for other categories or criteria reset to zero (0). This prevents users from selecting other categories or filtering properly once they are inside an archive page. It seems the plugin is strictly limiting the query to the current archive’s scope, making it impossible to use the filter as a global navigation tool.
What I need: Is there a way to make the filter “ignore” the current category archive limitation for the counters, or to allow users to switch between categories even when they are already on a specific category page?
I would like the filter to behave on the archive pages exactly as it does on the general “All Accommodations” page.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi gcosenza
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Yes, that is the correct behavior. Filters display terms available only for the products shown on the current page and filter posts on that same page. For example, if a user chooses the Cars category, they expect to see only filters relevant to cars, in order to find the required car. If all filters on all pages displayed all available filter terms, then on a Cars page, you would see options like RAM, CPU, size, and so on. In that case, category pages would lose their purpose and would be confusing, since during filtering, users would be redirected to the shop page (or any other main page). There would be no real need to have category pages in the first place.
If you still want this kind of behavior, you can try applying the required filters on the category page in a way that redirects users to the shop page during filtering and displays all filter terms available on the shop page, or on any other main page of your site. For instructions on how to do this, please check this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/typical-problems/#redirection_filter_instruction
Additionally, if you want to have something like category navigation rather than category filters, you can use the default WooCommerce Product Categories widget instead of a category filter. This widget works as category navigation. Alternatively, you can use a categories widget if you are working with custom post type categories.
Best Regards,
Victor

Hi, I purchased the PRO version of Filter Everything, I’m using the Divi Builder, I created a page with the shortcode [fe_widget] and a blog container.
If I make a selection on the filter without AJAX eveything works fine, but when I use Ajax the page gives no result, until if I refresh the page, then I can see the exact match of the filter
Would you please help me?
Thanks a lot.
Best Regards. Mx.
Hi Mx
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please attach the link to the exact page where you are trying to make the filters work with AJAX, so that we can test it on that page.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, I send you the credentials,
Thx a lot. Mx.
We have checked the site, and the issue is that the JavaScript responsible for displaying post-cards and arranging them in a grid is not AJAX-compatible by default. It only runs once during the initial page load. After the page is filtered via AJAX, this JS does not run again, so the required event listeners are not applied, and the post-cards are not displayed correctly (they are present on the page but hidden with opacity 0, as no JS applies the custom CSS to make them appear).
In such cases, you need to reinitialize the JS code responsible for this functionality. Please check this page for more information: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/#ajax_related_problems
The only challenging part is identifying the specific function that reinitializes this functionality in the theme. Perhaps Divi support can help point it out.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thanks a lot for your help. I’ll find a way….
Bye. Mx.
Hi, I need help with my license. I wanted to update my filters and got an error message saying “Error: you can not update settings because the Filter Everything Pro plugin is locked. Please, enter your license key to unlock it.”
The only place I could think of is my staging website which I don’t have access to anymore. I’ve also tried removing/uninstalling all the staging files from my webhost but still nope.
I decided to revert back for now. Can you help me unlink the license on all other websites so I can relink it?
Thanks in advance!
Hi andyv29

Hello!
After migrating our site to WPengine from Flywheel, the Filter Everything Pro plugin is unable to find the Post List (WP_Query) on our Portfolio page. In the backend it just says “No Projects Lists found on this page”. The Post List is pulled using Postcards with the Avada theme.
New site: https://chbchiefbuildi.wpenginepowered.com/portfolio/ Old flywheel site, which it works on: https://chb-new.flywheelsites.com/portfolio/Would you have an idea on why this wouldn’t be working after changing hosts? The license key wasn’t added until after migrating.
Hi ideabank
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Would you have an idea on why this wouldn’t be working after changing hosts?
Yes, this is most likely caused by aggressive caching methods used on WPEngine. You can try turning off the object cache on the server/host side for the filtered pages, or disable it completely for testing purposes. Then navigate to the filter set settings and check whether the queries are appearing. Usually, this should work. As far as we know, on staging sites, it is not possible to turn off the object cache (hosting rules), but on live sites, you have the ability to do so. At least it was like that previously. Maybe something has changed since then.
We’d recommend contacting the hosting support about this, so they can provide you with up-to-date information on whether it’s possible to turn off the object cache on staging sites.

Victor
Hello,
I have a Filter Set that has «Apply Button» mode ON. But this filter still attempts to do something in background and I see error in console ( POST https://... .../kodas-an/ 404 (Not Found) ). The checkbox is not visually selected and when I click on apply button, it does nothing.
Are there some other settings to set for this to work correctly?
Thank you, Giedre

Done!
Here you can see the problem with the filter: https://rugelis.night.lt/jurginai/jurginai/
Thank you, Giedre
We have checked the site.
Most likely, the issue is related to how your site is configured and how it functions. For example, when we tried to install the Code Snippets plugin, we encountered the following window: https://prnt.sc/Fab_wqd731TO
A very similar situation occurs when accessing the theme editor and the functions.php file, where it asks to change permissions, and so on.
What is happening is that during filtering, when clicking the Apply button, AJAX is used. However, due to the permission layers applied on the site, access is being blocked or restricted to the required JavaScript files, or not allowed to make AJAX calls. This results in 404 errors in the Network tab of the developer tools because the files cannot be found, or access is denied, so the filtering is not working.
Please try changing those permissions, and it should work correctly.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you. But why is it attempting to do something when I select a single color? It should only be attempting to take action only when “Apply Filters” button is clicked, is that right?
And now it attempts to do something when I check a color and does nothing when I click “Apply filters”
Regards, Giedre
There is a filter terms update that runs when you choose any filter term, and it works via AJAX. For example, when you click on the color red, the rest of the filter terms are updated via AJAX to display the relevant data as well.
Unfortunately, this auto-update process cannot be turned off, as it is tied to the core plugin functionality. However, there are plans to introduce instant filtering without this update process in future plugin updates.
Best Regards,
Victor
Afternoon
Just following up on the next update for Filter Everything Pro, there was an update coming where if two filter options shared a similar name it would refresh to home page?
The next question, I had to add an attribute after adding the first few and now its appearing at the bottom of the fitler? https://onlygaming.co.za/ram/, look at memory capacity. The 48GB always goes to the end? Do you have any tips to make it sort in the correct place? I have tried the Sort Terms by and there is no way i can see to make it go in numeric order because of the GB behind each name?
Its almost like asking for custom sorting or sorting to follow the layout set out in the attributes on Woocommerence?
Thanks

1) Yes, the 1.9.2 update should be released soon.
2) If this capacity is a product attribute, you can navigate to this filter > More option > and choose Sort by menu order. Then go to the attribute settings and drag and drop the values into the required order.

Thank you very much the reply it worked.
Hi,
Recently I made a new product with a new filter value for ‘SDR klasse’ (ACF field with value: SDR17). I doens’t show up in my filters. It only shows the ‘old’ product with SDR11 and SDR9.
How do I re-index ACF field or attributes etc to make them appear in my filters? See filter on this URL: https://aquasupply.nl/tyleenslang/
Kind regards,
Joost
Hi Joost
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Try applying the newly added values to any of the products, then go to the filter set on that page and click the update button. You can also clear the cache before doing this.
Additonality, you can send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it.
Best Regards,
Victor
One more thing: please send us the link to the exact product that has this additional value applied, so we can check whether that product is actually displayed on that page.

Victor
Hi Victor,
I already tried your solution but it didnt work.
I work with grouped products so this grouped product contains an SDR17 product: https://aquasupply.nl/tyleenslang-25-mm/ The grouped product itself doenst have a SDR value attached to it. Sample product with the SDR17 value: https://aquasupply.nl/tyleenslang-hdpe-25-mm-kiwa-sdr17-50-meter/ > Its hidden on product archive page as i have a lot of variants of the same product.
Kind regards,
Joost
Okay, now we understand the issue.
The grouped products do not work the same way as variable products, which have a parent-child relationship with variations. Grouped products are simply linked together. The filters do not check the linked products inside the group.
If you want this to work, you need to apply all required values directly to the grouped product itself, for example, by using checkbox values in your custom fields.
Alternatively, you can use variable products or simple products.

Hello, thank you for your fantastic plugin.
I need some help because I can’t see the filters on a specific page.
Let me explain: on my WooCommerce site, I manage two types of products: courses and events, which are distinguished by a tag.
The filters I have set on the courses page are displayed, but I can’t see the filters on the activities page.
Could you help me?

Hi studioitc
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
We have modified the Eventi filter set, so it should work now.
A couple of tips:
1) When you place a filter set on a page, you can notice the “eye” icon. When you click on it, it will take you to the page where this filter set is placed. This is a good test to see if the filter set is placed on the correct page. In your case, it was placed on a completely wrong page, which was not the page shown in the video.
2) Taonomies for a product category or a product tag are named “product category” / “product tag” when you are creating a filter. A simple taxonomy category/tag without the “product” part is not related to products. This is an important detail because those filters will be grayed out in the filter set, meaning they are not connected to the chosen post type.
Basically, that’s all. The rest of the configurations were correct.

Victor
Thanks a lot Victor for your explanation.
I would also know if is it possible to exclude some categories from filters. See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/v6MMfw2Z
Both courses and events are managed as woocoommerce products, but in events archive page I should only place events related category.
Best regards
Hi studioitc
Yes, absolutely.
All you have to do is go to the filter set, scroll down to the option “Empty filter terms”, and choose “Always hide” from the dropdown. This will hide empty filter terms.

Victor
