Ctn H/ctn Q/ctn Roll Unit

How can they create this for a particular product? with seperate prices for the catoon, H/ctn and so on

Using the unit feature only multiply the single product price times the number of 1unit, which doesn’t make sense for someone that needs to sell carton cheaper than buying in single

Hello Sir, please can you show us where to locate Inventory Valuation Report. That is a report to show previous quantities base on date selected.

You can see the inventory valuation inside the stock report.

If you want to see it for individual products, you can just go to the product history, and there you will find only the stock-related information – all the transactions of the stocks for that particular product.

Demo is updated to v.6.11. when you will release update? Didn’t anything changed or new feature in demo except the sales search is now working.

you can see the overall business credit in the dashboard itself. In the dashboard you will find different stats information like: - Total purchase - Total purchase due - Total sales - Total sales due I hope if this helps.

Currently, for WhatsApp we use something called As Desktop WhatsApp so whatever the message is will be getting sent it will be sent using the Desktop WhatsApp, which you’ve logged into the system. We will surely try to have the official WhatsApp API in a few days, so that it does not need to log in with the Desktop WhatsApp for sending the messages

Hi, I have observed several cases where invoices disappear but later appear in the activity log report with an alphanumeric identifier such as 7atWM instead of the usual numeric invoice number. I had to resolve it manually in the database.

Could you please clarify what causes this?

it may be negative because the selling price is lower as compared to the purchase price. Please check your system once again.

Please check the pricing of all those products. You can check the details in the sales report.

How to connect hsn code and ewaybill?

As of now, it’s not possible to have the ewaybill.

For HSN code, go inside the categories. There is an option to add the category code, so that category code is same as HSN code.

Is it possible for me to upgrade the php version to version 8.4.0? Will it cause problems? I am using the latest version of the application, which is version 6.10.

After greetings, please review all supplier return reports in the application, as they contain many problems, ranging from non-appearance to inaccurate balances. I tested this on my own version and your beta version, and the sales returns were removed when exporting the Excel file from the report for filtering purposes.

There is an issue with all customer and supplier return reports. I tested this on your demo version and found the same issue.

Thank you for reminding me multiple times that my support period has expired. I do not intend to renew it again, as I experience a great deal of difficulty in resolving issues with your application. These problems have been reported more than once, yet I have not received any response.
