Support does NOT include the following:

  1. We cannot provide general Webhosting and/or general PHP support.
  2. We cannot provide general Laravel support.
  3. We cannot help with issues from your own customization.
  4. We cannot provide fixes that are unique to your web hosting or server environment. If your hosting or server environment is different than what is listed in the REQUIREMENTS section, you’ll need to determine if it will work before purchasing.
  5. We try for fast response times but as described on our support tab, response time may be up to 2-3 business days. Too many issue/feature questions that do not fall under support will slow down all response times. Please investigate yourself thoroughly before contacting us.

Other notes and considerations:

  1. If you found a bug feel free to report but first check if there is new version available with the fix.
  2. Before asking questions, please SEARCH the comments area. Many have already been answered.
  3. Before asking questions, please check & search Documentation
  4. If you are experiencing an installation problem please open a support ticket. You can be assisted while your server meets UltimatePOS requirements.
  5. Please do not ask for a free license. We appreciate the help but will not compensate for it.
  6. Please don’t ask for support in the comments sections. Usually, you will get the answer “Please open support ticket” but if you open a support ticket directly you will be assisted immediately, now in this case we BOTH saved our time.
  7. If your support is expired, before asking questions consider renewing it.
  8. You cant get a refund once the item has been downloaded in any circumstances.

Regarding freelance or customization:

  1. We provide custom work, but the feature should be generalized for all users and it depends on us to proceed with custom work or not.
