Hello there,

you can see the overall business credit in the dashboard itself. In the dashboard you will find different stats information like: - Total purchase - Total purchase due - Total sales - Total sales due I hope if this helps.

Currently, for WhatsApp we use something called As Desktop WhatsApp so whatever the message is will be getting sent it will be sent using the Desktop WhatsApp, which you’ve logged into the system. We will surely try to have the official WhatsApp API in a few days, so that it does not need to log in with the Desktop WhatsApp for sending the messages

Hi, I have observed several cases where invoices disappear but later appear in the activity log report with an alphanumeric identifier such as 7atWM instead of the usual numeric invoice number. I had to resolve it manually in the database.

Could you please clarify what causes this?

it may be negative because the selling price is lower as compared to the purchase price. Please check your system once again.

How to connect hsn code and ewaybill?

As of now, it’s not possible to have the ewaybill.

For HSN code, go inside the categories. There is an option to add the category code, so that category code is same as HSN code.

Is it possible for me to upgrade the php version to version 8.4.0? Will it cause problems? I am using the latest version of the application, which is version 6.10.

After greetings, please review all supplier return reports in the application, as they contain many problems, ranging from non-appearance to inaccurate balances. I tested this on my own version and your beta version, and the sales returns were removed when exporting the Excel file from the report for filtering purposes.

There is an issue with all customer and supplier return reports. I tested this on your demo version and found the same issue.

Is the UltimatePOS Main Script – Extended License alone sufficient?

Or do I also need the SaaS Superadmin Module?

2. For the SaaS Superadmin Module,

Should I purchase the regular license, or do I need the extended license for SaaS?

1. If you want to sell it as a SaaS, you’ve to install it on a server. So you have to purchase the Ultimate POS regular license and the SaaS module extended license. These two things you have to purchase for selling.

2. For the Superadmin SaaSS module you have to purchase an extended license to use it as a SaaS.

3. The license is only required for the Super and Module. For all other modules you have to purchase the regular license.

4. As of now you can only change the colors of the top & left navigation in dashboard areas. If you want to change the complete design, then it needs to be done by changing the code. The theming option helps you with changing the color.

in ultmatepos v6.10 we can not search sales list by customer phone number, shipping status, sell notes, staff note, added by.

These options are very important to trace sales. Please bring these option or let me know from where i can enable this. Please bring back the option on next release. And to let you know that product sales report processing issue has not been solved yet.

In this module, you can have options to create recipes, and based on those recipes, you can enter how many quantities or how many production needs to be done, and the stocks or the inventories of the ingredients will be reduced, and the final product stocks will be increased.
