How do you auto update the software as the only way I can see in my system is uploading the file, entering the license key and system key. I am an old version of 10.00 however there is another 10.00 that fixes bugs with footer not updating. I’ve already created ticket. Ticket ID: 3256

When you have given the option while uploading the product that this product is available for cash on delivery or only prepaid order, then you have to create a notification for this on the curt page and also on the checkout page so that the customer can easily understand that if he likes the cash on delivery product, then he can skip this product. This is quite a big confusion.

I know my support has expired. And the update is really good. I just installed the latest update. got an error [2025-10-26 16:47:38] local.ERROR: file_get_contents(/home/hellobazar/public_html/sqlupdates/v1001.sql…...... ] The problem is there isn’t any v1001.sql file in the sql update folder. am i the only one facing this problem? I found another problem, the uploaded photo broke after the upload. im using webp conversion.

Your new update has arrived, but upon updating it, the old website version has crashed and error 500 is being displayed. All other customers are also facing the same problem…. My complain ID #3254….. I know that google maps is technically implemented but surely having google maps feature where you can simply search up you’re address like other ecommerce sites instead of picking the latitude and longitude. Any plans to do this as this would become tedious for the customer if that is the only way to select their address.

I think it’s same here and I was looking for way to even disable it, shopping should be easy and fast not every customer is tech wise

Why are you copying and pasting someone else’s comment again? That issue was already addressed — please check the previous response instead of repeating it. It’s kind of spamming approach which is even not legal on marketplace. Reposting like this only wastes valuable support time, which is neither reasonable nor professional.

What was the content of today’s update?

We identified an issue with the version number display in the admin panel footer, which was caused by an addon compatibility conflict. This issue has now been resolved and updated in the latest release.

Big fix: Although I enabled email verification and its clearly visible on the sign up page for customers, I will simply able to just sign up without having to verify my email and receiving a code. This completely defeats the purpose of it and therefore spam bots can still sign up.

Okay bro I was just asking if the product image have been fixed or not. I saw this update that’s why am asking

Btw am still saving money to customized which u guys have told me so I will definitely pay but now am just asking about the image seo which u said have been noticed and it’s in pipeline because if a product image have been edited with rich SEO names to rank for image searches but once it’s uploaded in the admin dashboard the name is changed automatically.

Once again since this image name changing have been identified as a global or general issue I don’t need to pay for it to be fixed.
