I’m giving this product 2 stars mainly because of the localization workflow, which is far below what I would expect from a paid CMS.
The biggest problem: there are no proper professional language packs included, and the system relies heavily on Google Translate. In real use, this is simply not acceptable. The output is often awkward, broken, mixed with English, or completely unnatural for native speakers. For German, it produces text that looks unprofessional and even suspicious to customers. It harms trust instead of helping sales.
In my case, I had to spend a huge amount of time checking, correcting, comparing files, fixing syntax issues, and manually rewriting translations. That defeats the whole point of buying a commercial product that should save time.
What makes it worse is that the translation/import workflow is confusing and poorly designed. It is not clear how to properly use custom ARB files for a real website localization workflow, and the documentation does not solve this in a practical way. The result is a lot of wasted time, frustration, and unnecessary technical work.
To be clear: the CMS has many features, but localization feels unfinished and treated like an afterthought. For any serious business targeting non-English markets, this is a major weakness.
If the team wants better ratings, they need to provide real, clean localization support, proper import/export tools, and human-quality language packs instead of expecting customers to rely on Google Translate and then clean up the mess themselves.

I have been using this product for a long time. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this system to proceed with extreme caution. In its current state, building a stable and sustainable business with this platform is very difficult.
Below are the major ongoing issues I have encountered:

Email-related issues have continued for a long time. Despite multiple support requests, no permanent solution has been provided. Even after renewing my support period, the issue remains unresolved. The support period has now ended again without a real solution, which is unacceptable.
❗ Mobile Application Is Neglected
The mobile application is critical for any commercial platform, yet it receives little to no meaningful development. Instead, the team focuses on minor or cosmetic updates with limited real impact.
❗ Frequent 500 Server Errors
The system frequently shows “500 Server Error”, seriously damaging user trust. Due to this instability, many vendors have left the platform.
❗ Performance and Optimization Issues
Regardless of hosting quality, the platform suffers from slow loading times and performance problems, clearly indicating poor system optimization.
❗ Weak Customer Support
Support responses are slow, explanations are unclear, and many issues remain unresolved even after repeated follow-ups.
⚠️ Final Warning
If you plan to use this product to build a business or generate revenue, reconsider carefully. Until major improvements are made to stability, optimization, and the mobile app, this platform cannot be considered reliable for commercial use.

Within a short period of time we provided him the proper support. We the author are only providing the item not the server end support and configuration. He is complaining about the email issue which is completely depend on SMTP configuration and server port. Before trust this false review please check the screenshot that how we provide him item support.

Terrible experience. Their API documentation is outdated, and I’ve been dealing with constant 500 errors when uploading large files. To make matters worse, their support team takes days to respond with generic, unhelpful templates. I’m migrating my project to a different provider immediately—this service is not production-ready.
Zero stars if I could. Every single update they release is faulty and breaks our production environment. To make matters worse, instead of fixing the bugs they introduced, they demand we renew our support contract just to get a response. It’s a predatory cycle: push a broken update, then gatekeep the solution behind a paywall. Many other users are reporting the same 'pay-to-fix' issues. Avoid this company if you value stability and honest business practices
