I was just going to place an order for active eCommerce CMS and Active eCommerce Shiprocket Add-on seeing 50% off offer, but now seeing the offer is not there.. Please let me know when will the offer come again, otherwise I won’t be able to purchase. @ActiveITzone

I’d like to request the addition of an important feature to your script.

Currently, after uploading products to the website, we need to connect the store with our Merchant Center account to run catalog ads on Google Ads and Meta. However, we are facing a major issue: the products are not syncing with the Merchant Center.

This creates a significant problem, as it prevents us from running effective catalog campaigns on meta and Google Ads. If you understand the importance of this feature, please add this to the script.

Please look into this issue and consider adding a reliable product sync feature to ensure seamless integration with Merchant Center.

If the feature can’t be added to the script. I don’t think we can continue with this script. We have to switch back to WordPress.

In cases where a country supports multiple languages, can i assign more than one language to that country with same flag? At the moment, each language code can only be selected once—does the system allow reusing the same code for additional active languages?

Hi, I’m having trouble uploading bulk product data, specifically columns for Weight, Minimum Purchase Qty, Barcode, Vat & Tax, Colors, Attributes, Low Stock Quantity Warning, Stock Visibility, State, Shipping Configuration, Estimated Shipping Time, Warranty, and Frequently Bought items. Is there a way to input all this information using a bulk upload?

It’s been over two months since the promised update to the bulk product uploading system.

Apologies for the delay. We are currently working on a core-level restructure, which will directly impact how bulk upload functions. Implementing bulk updates now would likely require rework later.

We’ll proceed with bulk upload enhancements once these changes are completed.

Hello Author, you’ve got a good script for e-commerce business here, but I have a particular question concerning the shipping system.

I intend to start an e-commerce business, but for start, around my locality. So I don’t intend to use any shipping or courier services at the moment. The shipping and delivery would be carried out by myelf.

In this wise, how can I manage the shipping label on each package because the script does not posses a function that could help with that?

Overall, I believe the system is good and has a very interesting structure. However, I would like to point out a few aspects that, in my opinion, are important and would make a significant difference in the usability of the platform and in the implementation of new projects.

The first point, and perhaps the most critical one, is related to maintenance mode. Currently, when the system is placed in maintenance mode, vendors are also prevented from accessing their dashboards. I fully understand the purpose of maintenance mode as a way to hide the website from the public while adjustments, configurations, and setup are being carried out. However, in practice, this limitation makes the early stage of launching a marketplace much more difficult.

At the beginning of a project, it is very common for there to be no products registered yet, categories not fully organized, stores not configured, or insufficient content to present to the public. For this very reason, it is not ideal to leave the website open to visitors before the platform is at least minimally structured. In this scenario, it would be extremely important for vendors to still be able to access their dashboards while the system remains in maintenance mode, so they can register products, adjust information, and organize their stores internally, without the public being able to access the storefront.

In addition, it would be very useful if the site administrator had the ability to add products directly to the vendor’s account through the administrative panel. This feature would be especially helpful during the initial stage of the project, particularly in cases where the administrator wants to speed up the initial product registration process, assist vendors who are not very familiar with the system, or even pre-structure some stores before the platform is officially launched.

Another point that I consider very important is the possibility for the administrator to customize the vendor’s store directly through the administrative panel, including while the site is still in maintenance mode. This would be extremely useful for adjusting visual information, organizing the store presentation, configuring initial details, and ensuring everything is properly prepared before the platform is made available to the public. In practice, this would provide much more agility, control, and operational support during the implementation phase.

I also noticed the absence of a bulk category import feature, similar to the one already available for brands. This type of functionality is very important for projects with a large number of categories and subcategories, as it reduces manual work and significantly speeds up the initial system setup.

With that in mind, I would like to suggest the following improvements:

  • Allow vendors to access their dashboards even when the system is in maintenance mode, while keeping only the public-facing area of the website unavailable to customers.
  • Allow the administrator to add products directly to the vendor’s account through the admin panel.
  • Allow the administrator to customize and configure the vendor’s store directly through the admin panel, including during maintenance mode.
  • Add a bulk category import option similar to the existing brand import feature.

I sincerely believe these improvements would add significant value to the system, especially during the implementation and initial organization of new marketplaces. They would make the preparation process much more efficient, professional, and practical, allowing the platform to be made public only when it is properly stocked, configured, and ready for use.
