I am writing to report an issue encountered with the POS express delivery shortcut functionality, which results in duplicate entries being created when the shortcut key is pressed. I have observed this problem not only in my systm but also confirmed its presence in your official demo.
whenever u create an invoice in pos using express delivery shortcut u will get two invoice could u pls release a patch or share code for resolving this

Yes, Thanks, definitely I want to use this software, but also, I want the super admin module to use it as SaaS, I have GST registered Business and I will sell my products but with that I want to sell this software packages, so do I need separate registration or GST or something else, I need proper GST compliant invoice for my product selling and also software package selling.

⚠️ When I disable undersales globally, users are still able to perform undersale transactions through Drafts and Quotations. This defeats the purpose of enforcing pricing rules.
Under Users, I have different users assigned to specific business locations.
Under Roles, when I select “View all customers”, users can see all customers across all locations — which I don’t want.
When I select “View own customers”, users can only see customers they personally created, not all customers from their assigned location.
❓Expected Behavior: I want users to see all customers under their assigned location only, not global or personal-only views. Is this possible?

Hi,
I’ve found a problem with the “no undersale” / minimum selling price feature.
In Business Settings → Sales, I have enabled the option that prevents selling below the selling price (global undersale protection).
This works correctly when creating a normal Sale (users are blocked if they try to set a line price below the minimum).
However:
When users create a Draft or Quotation, they can still enter item prices below the minimum selling price and save the document without any error.
In practice, this allows them to record undersale transactions via Drafts/Quotations and later convert them, which bypasses the global undersale restriction.
So from a business perspective, the pricing rule is not really enforced, because staff can just use Draft/Quotation instead of a direct Sale.
Expected behavior:
Either the minimum selling price check should be applied to Drafts and Quotations as well, or
The system should at least block converting a Draft/Quotation to a Final sale if any line is below the minimum price.
Right now, the ability to undersell via Drafts/Quotations defeats the purpose of turning on global “no undersales”.

I’m trying to duplicate a product, but it says: “Product with this name already exists”.
You stated in your documentation that it’s possible. But it’s not working in actual practice
2 product names cannot be same, so before saving just change the name by adding something to end of it.
Its time to update laravel to 12, most of popular app already using laravel 10/11. if you do not update framework, you will fall behind in this race. You can fix a small time to regular framework update. I think it will be grate. Your apps one of the best app in this market. if you update framework regularly, We will prefer your app first. and if you do not any plan to update framework regularly, you will lost your priority day by day. For example I use one app from 2015 to 2020 for more than 200 project, after that i need to find alternative, because the developer not update the framework as the time needs. we really love your app and your work, and also prefer your apps to other, we do not want to lost you and your app in future. and its time to work for future

I had to close my business during Covid-19. Which put me under financial and mental pressure. During this time I lost my team. Bank loans and other pressures put me behind for a long time. Now I have sorted a lot. And I want to start anew and searching an App that perfect for my business. Your app is able to meet most of my needs. But some things need to be added to it. For example- 1. Delivery system: you need a dedicated delivery system which replace existing shipping method. Where admin can add delivery man and assign sales to a delivery person. You can add Cash on Delivery and Pre-Order option in pos. your Delivery Person drop down show all user, it need to adjust to show only delivery man 2. POS Screen are not optimized for mobile view for sales representative. For this you can add a separate pos screen for SR/MR. Where admin can enable SR/MR POS screen For a user/staff 3. Delivery note and Packing note layout setting option missing 4. Installment feature are not present. 5. Sell return method need to improvement
And finally I have planning to use your app in my up coming business. Now i am working to rebuilding my team.

There is already a delivery system where you can assign an order for delivery to your delivery person. They can see all orders assigned to them & can mark it’s delivery status.
Regarding the POS screen, it’s optimised for mobile, but there might be improvements needed that we’ll be releasing soon.

I see that a lot of people are having issues with “All Sales”, “List POS”, and other sales-related pages not loading. I bought your product long time ago and I have been using it to manage inventory. Now the sales tables just show “Processing…” for a long time. Please look into it.

Please upgrade the project to the latest stable Laravel version, as the current codebase is outdated and many dependencies cannot be installed due to Laravel 9 compatibility issues. Additionally, the existing AdminLTE template is obsolete — it should be replaced or upgraded to a modern, actively maintained version.

Can you update the Laravel latest version because all repositories our of dates and cannot install any repositories because Laravel 9 not supported and very bad old adminLTE also please update all which currently latest on otherwise need to update again again one by one also make hoe very very attractive UI with graph chart etc..

We’ll soon update it. Updating is not in our main list as of now because almost all packages support Laravel 9, and there is no such business stopper feature that’s stopping by using Laravel 9.
AdminLTE is mostly not getting used; we’re using a new & very popular framework called TailwindCSS for all design work.

I can’t modify I can’t install new packages I can’t updates because Laravel 9 , tailwind also old version I did some modification but it’s not working the new modern layout because that’s css not support the current tailwind as well

How can one reset products’ stock values to zero?
It is not possible to reset stock values to zero as such.
We can’t delete a location to create another, we can’t delete stock and we can’t reset stock values. How then can a user with a limited number of locations go about this?
Transfer all stocks from that location to another location, then deactivate that location.
This is how you should do it practically.

I can say that this POS system is one of the best available on the market. Everything has been designed perfectly — it’s very simple and easy to understand in terms of both functionality and interface.
The fact that each business can have its own unique cash register and warehouse setup makes it stand out from other programs created with a similar concept.
I would like to suggest one improvement: Currently, all sales returns made at different times appear under the same invoice. For example, if a customer returns one product on one date and another product on a different date, both returns are displayed under the same invoice. Because of this, it’s not possible to clearly see them separately in the customer report.
It would be much better if each sales return could be shown individually, just like how payments are displayed in a separate section — showing which product was returned and on which date.
If you can add this feature, I believe you will have created a truly outstanding product.

i have added a new location but with different tax (no tax) on same products. how do you configure it?
Hello, As of now tax can only be selected during add/edit product.
You can change the tax on it while making a sale or adding a purchase. There is no other way to do it.
