Please let me know how to prevent any further spam advertisements about your AI from being placed in all of my, and my clients dashboards. It seems every week you are pushing some new message it’s annoying everyone.
If anyone wants to disable these incredibly annoying and intrusive spam ads simply paste this code I created in your child theme:

-> NO, this will only prevent the insertion till you relase the next ad a few days later. I’m looking for a permant solution to not see your ads! Also I have to do this on every tab that is open and on every device I use every time as soon as you insert the next ad.
Please add an option to permanently disable the ad injection. This was not part of the plugin when I purchased it and is something that is usually only done by bad actors / malware.

When I close it, it always comes back, and it becomes bothersome as it appears in incongruous places. Is it possible to close it permanently? Thank you”

Our customers faced a bug.
The WPBakery 7.4 does not work correctly on Safari versions lower than 16.5, the “Backend Editor” button is not clickable when editing the content on any post/page. This bug is reproduced on default WordPress themes, like 2024.
WPBakery 7.2 doesn’t have this bug, it works correctly with older Safari versions.
Will this be fixed in the next updates?

Hello, The video player supports videos from youtube and vimeo. Unfortunately it’s display is not tested with http2 protocol.

Hello, The support tenure renewal is not required to reset the account password. The account password can be reset using the link shared in previous reply. It will send you a password reset link to your email id. The renewal of support tenure will allow you to contact support incase you face any issue while using the plugin. LOAD MORE BUTTON empty. The button is there, but it empty. So without visible words “Load More”, people don’t know that they have to push the button to “Load More” projects.

There is a bug with the WP Bakery Media Masonry grid widget in Firefox when you load the page for the first time (you can replicate it every time you load the page on a private window) the top images are displaying as a mall stripe. Only the bottom ones are displaying correctly but they also overlap the content after it https://i.imgur.com/VhuBczS.png
It should be like this https://i.imgur.com/3rQf964.pngYou can replicate this with any default theme

Hello, The plugin license is valid for lifetime. The features such as AI is dependent upon the support tenure. They will continue to work until the plugin has active support tenure. The support tenure can be renewed once it expires.

I had a client literally sack me, for using your plugin. “That old thing, everyone knows its hopeless and slow. They are doing nothing to make it fast, unlike other more modern page builders. Why are you using it. That… really sucked.

the new version no longer seems to read classes within spans with the impreza theme. It automatically deletes them. This is a big problem

but still the Yoast SEO not capture the things and not working as expected. its not fully compatible with it
Hello, As suggested earlier, there can be an issue as the parser used in yoast is unable to parse the shortcodes. This prevents it from analyzing the actual page content. The SEO tool implemented by us analyzes the content within the shortcodes and suggests changes based on it.

The admin interface on my customer’s side is very slow, he uses Wpbakery 7.4.
According to Query monitor, this is the cause of the slowdown, + the Templatera plugin.
The site runs on PHP8.3.
When editing the page, Wpbakery shows an outdated error for 80 elements and 1 element for the Templatera plugin.
Are you planning to replace obsolete code?

Hello, Unfortunately the message and location shared is not giving an idea of the issue or it’s cause. However, we can recommend taking the site backup to then check it by deactivating rest of the plugins except WPBakery Page Builder and using a default theme like twenty twenty four, as there can be an issue if any of them is not compatible with PHP 8.0.
