How can I contact the author via their site? It seems that the only way to contact WPbakery for pre-sale questions is via codecanyon. No email, no phone number, and no contact form in their site. They don’t even have a social media presence. Very strange for a product that sold over 400k.

BTW, is it possible now to set different background image for mobile? I can see many old questions regarding that and you always ask people to use CSS. People use page builder because they want to avoid CSS
Hello, The standard background feature does not support setting different backgrounds depending upon screen size. However, we do have many third party background add-ons which has such feature. Please do re-confirm the functionality with the respective add-on developer before making a purchase.

Hi! We have the latest version of the plugin and we are trying to insert a Gutenberg Editor element inside a page built with WPBakery. I want to call the accordion with custom code so i can add custom post types and fields. I have it working fine when there is another accordion called through the wpbakery page edit. However if I remove the one I set in the page backend, my accordion just shows the text. I believe this is because it’s not loading the wpbakery scripts any more. How can I manually enqueue the scripts when my shortcode is loaded?
Hello, You can enqueue the scripts manually using the WordPress enqueue function. If it is related to a specific page, then you can use the page id in it’s conditional statement.

Is PHP 8 fully supported? I can see a reference to 7.4 support a while ago but no PHP 8 support in the changelog. This would be great to have especially as 8.1 is due to be released later this month.

Hello, This can be done with some custom CSS. You can add an extra CSS class to the text block and then target the image using CSS selector to assign it a padding and margin.
