Hello, Unfortunately, the standard plugin does not have a sticky element feature. However, such feature might be available in the add-ons which you can check under the add-ons section of codecanyon.

I already have this plugin installed in my site. Now I have purchased the license here and want to activate it. But from my Wordpress Admin panel, I dont get any option to add the license code which is provided here. I only get option to login from the WP-Bakery. Hello, This can be done with some custom CSS. You can add an extra CSS class to the text block and then target the image using CSS selector to assign it a padding and margin.

Hi wp bakery team, the new version of visual composer has been a target to the Japanese Text hack or file modification. I installed a new version and scanned my site with Word fence and wp bakery plugin is having a lot of files flagged as critical is there something wrong with the new version.

I wanted to report an issue with Grid template ACF custom field shortcode.
If you select to show a custom field from ACF like shown here:

Then we get different post ID for logged users and different for guest users:

They have a poor “official support” ticket system. I’m also dissapointed about the fact that they aim that WPBakery is RTL-ready, but for the add-on you purchase on their own website (like easy table) is NOT RTL-ready. If the add-on suddenly stopped working, after an update and you ask for support, they forward you to paid customize services.
I mean this is a general support question and in my opinion a bug. The fact that you aim that WPBakery is RTL-ready. Also your add-ons provided on your own website should be RTL-Ready too.
Forwarding customer to “paid” customize service is not customer friendly.
My advise for all future customers. Don’t buy an extra support license (extend license), because they won’t help you anyway.
Hello, The compatibility of WPBakery Page Builder with RTL is controlled by us. Unfortunately, the add-ons are something which are coded and maintained by the respective add-ond evelopers and we do not have a control over it. The easy table add-on is a plugin which is maintained by us. The add-on update was not released recently. Can you let us know as to what was updated at your end?

Hello! Is it possible to add woocomerce single product “additional information” tab with wpbakery page builder ? When I’m creating a custom single product template (I’m using Impreza theme), I cant find an element in wpbakery page builder to add “additional information” as it displays in a tab in Default woocommerce template. There is a product data element in wpbakery but I haven’t find “additional information” in this element or in the other woocommerce element
Hello, The WPBakery Page Builder relies on standard woo-commerce shortcodes to render it’s elements. These shortcodes are mapped in WPBakery Page Builder interface. It might require a third party woo-commerce add-on to display the tab.

And could you voice a little more specifics by specifying the NAME of the PLUGIN, I don’t see the point in rereading all the available plugins on the site to find the right function, due to the fact that the developer cannot introduce such a simple function that will simplify the work of many plugin buyers.
Hello, The addons are developed by third party developers and hence we are not sure of which particular addon contains such a feature. You can use a search feature of codecanyon to search using a keyword to locate it. Once located, do re-confim the functionality with the respective add-on developer before making a purchase.

Many people need this so that your customers do not risk the performance of the site by installing additional addons. The Element or plugin has already introduced such a function as a year ago. And it would be good for you.

Hello, It looks like the product license page at your end is disabled by the theme developer using vc_set_as_theme. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back.

Hi there, seems to be a bug with using the latest version of ACF Pro and your plugin. When trying to use ACF fields in a custom Post Grid, they only appear if you are logged in to the website. When logged out of wordpress (like a normal viewer on the website) the custom fields do not appear / no html is generated in the source code.
