http://prntscr.com/lec1u9Hello, The issue is because the available area for displaying it is small. You can either change it’s styles via CSS to reduce the font-size, etc. to fit in the available area or can use lesser number of columns.

Hi, In this case, CSS is not a solution. The correct decision is that when the screen changes (as it decreases), the number of columns changes (decreases). How to do it, what files are responsible for it?

Hey there. On any page I’ve added an <iframe> there’s automatically an <noscript> Tag with the same iframe in it? So I have the same ID both on one page. How can i stop this?

Hi! After migrating from http to https I get the following error in the backend: Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://----------/wp-admin/post.php?post=5&action=edit' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ‘http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/opensans/v15/memnYaGs126MiZpBA-UFUKWyV-hs.ttf'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
How can I fix it? For me the menu “WPbackery Page Builder -> Design Options” is not visible.

With Gutenberg enabled, when I directly click to Edit Page, I don’t see any Page Builder elements. I have go to Pages > Edit with WPBakery and choose either the frontend or backend.
Should I see WPBakery elements when I click directly to Edit Page? I’m a little confused on what to expect once WordPress goes to Gutenberg full time.
Hello, The Gutenberg editor does not allow another page builder to work on top of it. You can disable it under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings.

Hello. I have got wpBakery bundled with the theme. My problem is when I add some post related elements on the page and then I want to edit this page using FronEnd editor then editor stops loading and I am getting error – SCRIPT5025: The URI to be decoded is not a valid encoding. It is not plugin related problem. Tried to switch plugins off and if there is not any post related elements on page editor loading just fine.

I am having an issue with WPB user roles which is not working properly.
I run WooCommerce and have the user role “Shop manager”, see:
And allowed WPB Editor for Shop manager:
However when I edit pages or any of the allowed post type in WPBakery settings, I don’t see backend neither front-end editor buttons:
This user has the following role:
I guess this issue is related to your plugin. I’ve tested this issue with Storefront theme as well and the same issue!

Google map widget now shows “For development purpose only” overlaid on the map background and a pop-up that says “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly”...”Do you own this website?”
I assume this now needs a Google Maps API key but looking in the widget settings and the back end settings for this plugin I can’t find anywhere to provide our private API key. Please advise thank you!
Never mind, it’s not the WP Bakery Map element, it was theme provided.

Hello, Unfortunately, our standard video player element does not have autoplay and loop feature. However, you can add the video embed code via raw html element and then add the appropriate youtube attributes to video, to do so.

I have 11 extended licenses for this plugin. So far it has been great but right now I am experiencing a strange behavior.
I am testing WP Bakery Page Builder 5.5.5 with WordPress 5.0 beta 2 ( 5.0-beta2-43846).
Your changelog says it is updated to work with the new Gutenberg but I’m not sure if what I am experiencing is normal.
So the situation is this: I can only edit pages from the front end editor and even that only if I select “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” in the “All Pages” Dashboard menu. If i click the “Backend editor” when on the front end editor it takes me in the backend but there only the new Gutenberg is found, without any trace of Visual Composer.
Is this behavior normal? Are you planning any other update for WordPress 5.0
When i read in the changelog I imagined that the Visual Composer shortcodes have been integrated in the Gutenberg Block list and can be selected and used form there.
Hello, The Gutenberg editor unfortunately does not allow using a page builder on top of it. We have added an option in WPBakery Page Builder -> General settings, to disable the Gutenberg editor. Also, you can find the Gutenberg element in available list of element when you click “Add element” option.

I have a question about the accordion. When used on the front end of the site it changes our url to something like website.com/#1541007192481-1a468fe3-16ea when I expand the accordion and stays that way when it’s collapsed again. Is there any way to keep the url clean?

Hello, The accordions rely on ids to expand and hence it’s id is added to the url. We are planning to enhance this in future, so that an option to disable such id in url can be added.

As your support-ticket page does not work (tells me I have not purchased anything) I need to ask you:
when I try to start the “front end editor” it stops, saying: vc.frame_window.vc_iframe is undefined
whats wrong here. On another installation it starts the front end editor but I can not enter URLs or load Images.
Hello, The issue is because you have purchased the plugin via codecanyon. In this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then open a ticket via our support portal: https://support.wpbakery.com Please do include your temporary login details in the ticket, so that our support team can investigate the issue further.

So I got this plugin bundled with my theme (qode bridge) and the hover box elements are making any internal links unclickable (only in safari ) . is there any work around is it cause the plugin has dated ? if i manually upgrade will it right itself and is that even possible.. *ps its a bit rude to get bundled with a theme then not provide any support…

Hello. I bought a theme which uses Page Builder Version 4.11.2.1
I have a problem, and I would like to know if the problem will resolve itself if I buy a license for the updated version.
I used visual composer to build this page https://jobe.dk/?page_id=221 – when I just updated the page with the template text, visual composer worked just fine. But when I put in my custom text in the text boxes and titles, updated, and then left visual composer, I couldn’t access visual composer again. On all the other pages, visual composer is working, and if I delete everything on this page and start fresh, VP is working again. But as soon as I build the page again and put in my custom text, I can’t access VP. I have also tried deleting the entire page and creating a new one, but the issue is still there.
If I purchase a new license so I can update, will this problem be gone? or is something else wrong? Is it a bug in the version that came with the theme? Will it affect my theme – which the author have not updated for two years – if I install the newest version of your plugin?
I hope you have some insight in to what I should do.

Hello, If you purchase the direct license through us, then you can update the plugin yourself. However, two things to check with the author are the theme compatibility with the latest version, if it was not updated for two years and if any core plugin files were modified by him, which can affect layout/content after the plugin update.

Hello! This is not a support request this is a bug I’m pointing out. While struggling to manage responsivity on vertical padding, I found out a pointless programming choice in your column programming.
I also noticed a tons of people let you know this in the past and you smugged the answer with some vague bootstrap answer, but the truth is that vertical tabled (sm in bootstrap) is taking the column width from Desktop option, instead (at least) of taking it from md col setting.
So, please, no telling more stories about this, just put a dropdown for that or take the setting from the MD screen size, because this has no sense and is clearly a software bug
Why should a smaller screen take same column size of desktop instead of tablet or mobile?
For anybody interested in a solution, if you want in small screen to have the columns width as in medium device (aka vertical ipad same columns as horizontal ipad instead of as desktop) these lines of PHP in the vc_column.php template will work for you
