I just purchased this plugin and it’s not working at all. We cannot create any custom fields in here. Drag and drop not working. Only we can do is enable or disable default registration fields. Please fix those issues as soon as possible

Plugin lots of bugs and bad support.
The support fail to the uninstall the plugin during trouble shoot and need to find out the reason by myself. The issue is the plugin folder included () and WP added ’ when upload the plugin by admin console. Such that simple issue haven’t test before publish.
It is also conflit with WPML. The support ask to check with WPML but not them. They told me that they will only check if I paid them to support.
It waste me few days and still cannot got refund.

As WPML Multilingual CMS is a third party plugin not a woocommerce default plugin. If our plugin is not compatible with default plugins we will make it compatible for you within a support.
When you deactivate that multilingual plugin, you can see our plugin is working fine.
If you want to make our plugin compatible with third party plugin it can be count as a paid support.
Please open a refund request and our concern team will proceed further. You don’t need to ask for a refund here or mention it as you have to open a proper request to claim a refund.
The Envato support team can also take care of it for you.

Hello. For the default fields I have made sure they are all enabled. However, when loading the account page, the “state/county” field briefly appears before then disappearing. This is more obvious if setting the width to half (as it leaves a space where it should be). If I check the code via inspector, it says the following:

Hi. Just a PPQ for clarification: The extra fields, are they like completely unlimited? And are the fields in the user-signup page reflected in the native user backend?
Do you understand, what I mean? I have tried plug-ins like UserPro (which is not very Pro), and they store the extra user-data in a separate table inside their own plug-in, and the fields are not available in the native user-section.

Yes you can add unlimited custom fields in our plugin it depends on your server limit.
Yes the fields added on a registration page are reflected in the native user backend. User can also edit the custom fields after login.

Hello. Someone asked the question 3 years ago how we can make the default country set to United Kingdom. You answered that we just need to set default country as UK in WooCommerce settings. However, I’m not sure this works anymore. I have tried everything and I cannot get the country dropdown to default to UK. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unfortunately the functionality you referred to does not exist in our plugin.

Hi I have got a few issues
after hitting the registration button its redirects to another page where it should show you the pending message but goes 404 error, the additional fields dont show neither on checkout nor my account page.

Hi just a presales question, you mention this in your features:
“Users can View & Edit Extra Info in “My Account” Section” – Does this mean if a user registers an account they can alter and say for example complete their profile later?
What we are wanting is to have a better idea of our customer preferences in woocoomerce by using your plugin for extra woocommerce fields, so when they sign up we can get a good idea of their food and drink preferences for example so we can use for marketing and selling them certain products.
- In a nutshell, we are wanting to manage and view shop users; build up a profile of users for marketing, also if possible, extras like profile completeness, coupons, badges, discounts on Woo commerce for certain groups with user control etc.

Our plugin can only be used for registration purposes. You can add custom fields on registration page and also enable the default fields of woocommerce for registration page.

Plugin full of bugs, NOT well translated in other languages as advetised and with a very poor and lazy support. The first bug took almost a week to be discovered and “solved”. BUT as soon as I got “solved” the first bug, a second one even more critical arose: now if I activate the plugin all my site halts and freezes. At least with the first “bug”, I had my site running smoothly. Now I do not know if and when I will get a final and clean solution to all this. STRONGLY SUGGESTED: NOT BUY IT!
