I have also haven’t seen any buton when I have installed the plugin and enabled new fields. Plus you guys are ignoring my request for refund. Not very business like from your side.

PRESALE QUESTION: I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to add custom fields during registration, these fields must then be displayed in the backend by the admin who approves the user. You can use our plugin to add the custom fields on the registration page, which can be shown in the backend where the admin can approve the user.
If the user is registered, he cannot see the custom fields on the checkout page. Custom fields can only be visible to the unregistered users if you enable the signup from the backend.

1- If the shop manager has an authority, I mean if the shop manager assigned admin capabilities he can do this.
2- Only the admin can be able to approve the request.
3- Yes the user receives an email for the approval or rejection.

Our registration form includes various fields like name, address, and custom ones like phone and fax. When customers register, we want their details, including custom fields, to automatically appear during checkout and in the shopping cart. Can your plugin do this?
At checkout, we use a plugin named Multiple Customer Addresses by KoalaApps for multiple shipping addresses set up by the admin. Can your plugin bring the custom fields from the registration shipping address into this multiple shipping address setup? If not, do you know of another multiple shipping address plugin that works with yours?
Lastly, during registration, if a customer has the same billing and shipping address, we need a checkbox. If they check it, additional shipping fields should appear; if not, both addresses should be the same. Does your plugin support this feature?

Firstly, our plugin only registers the users, the other thing custom fields only appeared for those who don’t have account on the site, but for this admin have to enable the signup on the checkout page from the backend.
Our plugin does not deal with the shipping fields only add the custom fields to the registration page as well as enable the default fields for the registration page.

Hi, before purchasing the plugin we are interested in understanding whether it will be possible: 1- use it to register new users who will be assigned the role of customers (for registering users to a shop created with Woocommerce), 2 – when a new user registers, ensure that the site Admin receives an email with the registration data and the User receives an email notifying him of the “pending” status, 3 – ensure that the user can log in only after the Admin has accepted his registration request.

1- Everyone can be able to register as a user on your site using our plugin. There is no option to restrict the specific user with the role using our plugin.
2- Admin will receive the email that there is no user signed up on your site but not the registration data in the email, Admin have to visit the User tab in the dashboard and check the data from there.
3- There is an option when the user is approved, he will be able to access the account on the site.

1- E-mail notifications can be typed manually, so you cannot translate those with the WPML.
2- Our plugin add the fields to default registration page, our plugin not creates a custom registration form and not a form builder plugin.

There’s a bug that prefills the First Name, Last Name, Company Name filelds with all spaces. When signing up, the customers have to ensure they erase all the white space and then type in their information for each field. I struggled with support because they only reply once per day between 12AM and 3AM EST and want full admin access to our site behind the scenes. Once reply per day makes support useless.

Firstly, when the support responds to the ticket, user get an email and then the user logged into the portal to post a reply accordingly. The other thing, our support hours are from 9 00AM to 6 00PM (Monday to Friday).

since a few days it is not possible for users to register anymore. There is a error showing “ERROR : User pending”.
In the settings under “Registration Fields” -> “New User Settings” most fields including a “Save Settings” buttons are missing.
