I noticed this is a problem. I just installed this on 3 clean WP installs, and every time I deactivate and reactivate, the Fields created do dissapear. Think you need to update plugin ASAP.

1. If an address field is added to the membership registration form and the user fills it out, can it be automatically displayed in the shipping address section at the time of payment?

Presale Question: Does this plugin have the option to make any custom field a Unique field like email for registration? Suppose I want to take the ID Card Number for registration and this field need to be unique means one can’t register twice using the same ID Card Number. Will this plugin be able to do that?

I thought everything would be fine by now, but it is incompatible with woocommerce checkout. The fields appear with different sizes, both on computer and mobile, the fields are not responsive, I’m sorry, but it looks terrible, of very poor quality.
