Hi Guys, do you have an ETA on the update? I’m keen to purchase
Hi there,
We’ve just uploaded the plugin to Code Canyon, so it should be available soon as soon as they approve it.
thanks
Hey,
Just got a notification that the plugin has been uploaded. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
pre-sales question: is it possible to show the detail report in woocommerce? This is need a report to show the quantity, amount for which the same sku number has been shipped and unshipped in all partialcomple order within a certain period of time.
Hi there,
We haven’t added any custom reports based on the partially completed order status yet. I’ll add it to our wish list and will try and look into it as soon as we can.
Hi Guys,
Can you please confirm status/ETA for update release? We purchased from old GPL Plugins site (it won’t let us login for details but I know it was Paypal ID: 52L891228T8759018) but turned it off last year due to reliability issues with PHP.
I am happy to purchase a new license but the current version 1.3 is still showing issues and don’t want to buy if these aren’t fixed.
Hi there,
Its on its way up. Just waiting on Envato to approve the update.
Thanks! Any idea when/how long this takes Envato? We have customers waiting on shipping and have been holding off until a solution was found.
Hi Guys, any word? Getting desperate over here!
Hi,
Sorry, just found a conflict with the emailing functionality and Woocommerce 3.3 that we;re just working on. Trying to get it done and out ASAP.
Thanks for being patient
OK, thanks. Is there an ETA for this? Really want to get it moving now.
We’re looking into whats required now. Hoping a few days at the most. I’ll know more in a little while so i’ll let you know.
Great news. Can’t wait. Imagine ‘calebweeks’ and others feel the same. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Guys, any news since last week? I’ve got orders I can’t process so would appreciate an update.
Hey,
Sorry for the delay in replying to you.
We’ve just uploaded the plugin to Code Canyon, so it should be available soon as soon as they approve it.
Thank you very much for your patience while we got this completed. Its very much appreciated. If you have any issue with the plugin let me know and we’ll get them fixed as quickly as possible.
Thanks. Looking forward it. How long does it take Code Canyon to approve?
PS – Can you update the changelog + the main image … or remove the ‘Updated ver 1.2 so you don’t have to keep changing it.
Changelog should be where we look for updates/version info.
Hi,
The update shouldn’t take too long to get approved. As soon as its approved, we’ll change the version numbers and changelog on the items description.
Any word/update? Is there a timeframe for CodeCanyon to approve/upload?
I have no idea whats going on!
Updates been uploaded but it hasn’t been applied yet. Its still downloading the old version. I’ve emailed Envato but had no reply from them!
I am interested in in purchasing this plugin, however I would like to know as per a comment above is it compatible with PHP 7.1? I see from your changelog that the last update was over 1 year ago. Thanks
Hi there,
The plugin is PHP 7.1 compatible, however, the latest Woocommerce update as created a few minor bugs that we’re working on so we are just working on those before releasing an update.
im getting this error. Warning: Illegal string offset ‘qty’ in /home/beckysboutiques/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php on line 143
Hi,
Support will only be provided to verified license holders. This account is showing as not holding a valid license. Please message us using the account that holds the license and we’ll be more than happy to help
Thanks
Is there any chance you could add a filter to the orders display to show both Processing AND Partially Complete orders only?
Hi,
Yes it is something we can look into. However, this account is showing as not holding a valid license. Are you using the plugin?
When I click Save & Close on the Shipped Status dialog a spinning wheel and “working…” stay on the screen and nothing further happens. Any suggestions?

Hi Code-Ninjas – do you know if WooCommerce Partial Orders is compatible with PHP 7.1? Thanks for writing when able!
. P.S. If it is not compatible, how hard would it be to make it compatible? Thanks again!
Hi there,
In its current form i’m 95% sure that it is. However, we’re currently almost done with a rewrite of the plugin which is 100% compatible so if your unsure it might be best to just wait for that.
Hope that helps
Hi Code-Ninjas – Thanks for your reply! We have been happy customers of the Partial Orders plugin for quite some time but recently moved server environments (Flywheel) and upgraded to PHP 7.1. As far as we can tell, It seems that woocommerce-partial-orders doesn’t seem to be compatible with PHP 7.1, here’s the error I see on the logs:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class
.php:214
Stack trace:
#0 /www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php(260): WPO_Admin_Order->set_item_shipped('16192', '6869', '3', 'Dec 7, 2017')
#1 /www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WPO_Admin_Order->ajax_set_item_shipped('')
Would love to still use WooCommerce Partial Orders and I encourage you on the rewrite (knowing that is hard to tell when it might be ready). Thanks for all your work! We can email privately if that is easier for support. Thanks again!
Hi,
Yes we’re working on it now and want to get it out within the next few weeks. I’ll keep you posted once we do get it done.
(Sounds good – thanks for letting us know, and we wish you well in development!)
Hi
Would this work with WooCommerce subscriptions? We have set up a subscription product where the user can selects 2 months, they pay half of the price initially and the remainding balance one month later. But we ned to ship the product after the first initial payment.
After one month a WooCommerce order is automatically created for the second payment and we some how need to show that the product has already been shipped and that this second order is just for taking payment.
Would this be possible and I hope the above makes sense!!
Many Thanks
Hi there,
Technically yes it would work but setting the product as shipped in the send order will easyJet be a manual process or you will need to add code to set the product as shipped when the second order is created.
Hope that helps
The documentation links for the plugin go to “suspended account” . Does not create confidence in the quality.
Hi there,
Apologies, we’re actually in the middle of moving servers. I’ve re-enabled that server for the time being so you should be able to see the documentation now.
Let me know is you have any other questions.
What is the current change log ?
It seems the plugin was updated on June 19, 2017.
BUT…
The change log on your product home page is showing October 20, 2014
===========
Please update the change log on the product home page
Hi there,
Apologies for the late reply. Yes the change log is out of date. In fact the whole product page is out of date. I’ve just added the latest changes into the change log. The plugin is being re-written at the moment so we’ll be overhauling the product page soon. Thanks for being it to my attention.
this plugin works with the new version of woocommece?
Hi there,
First, apologies for the late reply. Yes the plugin is compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce. However if you have any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll try and fix the issue for you
Thanks
Hi there,
Where do I find the po-file? I cant seem to figure out where it is, I cant believe editing the files is the only solution
Regards,
Hi there,
The plugin itself doesn’t have a .po file, rather the plugin uses Woocommerce itself to handle the translations. You can add the translations in Woocommerce’s .po file and the plugin will use the translations from there.
Give me a try and let me know
Hi Code-Ninjas – any update on the version 2.0 release? Thanks so much for writing when able!
Hi,
Almost done! If only life wouldn’t get in the way!
Thanks for letting us know – I understand! We appreciate all the work you are doing towards 2.0. It will be exciting to use.
Please update to WP 4.8, getting PHP errors in plugin management..
Hi there,
Replied to your email. But the plugin is compatible with Wordpress 4.8.
hello, Love this plgin!! How to change the text in the shipped email? It shows”Hi there,The follow items have just been shipped…”
but I want to change it(in Chinese)
thank you!!
I changed the email template but still didnt work
and one more issue: I cant click the calendar
Hi there,
Replied to your email regarding the calendar. I’m looking into the email template at the moment.
I have the same issue as ghusk. It works ok if server PHP is set to 5.6 but las week I upgraded to PHP 7.1.6 and that issue appeared. The debug.log says:
PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘qty’ in /var/www/vhosts/711.st/sweet-design.711.st/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php on line 143
PHP Notice: Undefined index: _qty in /var/www/vhosts/711.st/sweet-design.711.st/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php on line 417
If I try to mark some items as shipped they get stucked on “working…” and the Chrome console log this error (does not happen on PHP5.6): Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
I hope that helps to get it fixed asap. Thanks!
HI there,
What version of the plugin are you using? Is it the latest? If not, please update and see if it solves the issue.
Yes, the latest one (1.3 I think)
OK, Leave it with me and i’ll look into it as soon as i can.
Hi,
The message notification say ‘Plugin activated’ using latest version 1.3 but when I look the plugin still inactivate http://prntscr.com/flwd6n
Do you have idea why this happening?
Thank you
Hi there,
It looks like your setup does not meet the plugins minimum requirements so the plugin is deactivating itself. What version of PHP, Wordpress and Woocommerce are you using?
Hi,
PHP Version 5.4.45 Wordpress Version 4.8 Woocommerce Version 2.6.11
Thank you
Your using an old (very old) version of Woocommerce. The plugin had to be updated to use version 3.0 or greater.
Okay it is fixed when upgrading our site to Woocommerce 3.0.9. Thanks
The changelog.txt has not been updated in the 1.3 release.
Hi,
Noted. Will get it update for the next release.
Thansk
Will that be soon? – as you previously said that v1.3 was a rewrite with many added new features, I want to read the changelog before testing.
Ah sorry, 1.3 was just a minor bug fix release since we are a little way off releasing the rewrite and didnt think it was best to keep you guys waiting for bug fixes.
The rewrite will be released as version 2.0.
Just applied 1.3 to our test system
Woocommerce Partial Orders 1.3 Wordpress 4.8 Woocommerce 3.0.8 PHP 7.0
Nothing has changed regarding the problems I reported previously:
When all items have been marked as Shipped, the order status is not automatically changed to “Completed”.
Also the following lines now appear in PHP logs: PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘qty’ in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php on line 139
Actually that’s not strictly correct – the line number of the PHP error has changed:
[21-Jun-2017 13:46:45 UTC] The WC_Order::get_item_meta function is deprecated since version 3.0. Replace with wc_get_order_item_meta.
[21-Jun-2017 13:46:45 UTC] The get_product function is deprecated since version 3.0. Replace with wc_get_product.

Hi there,
Odd. I’m not seeing anthing in the logs and we have the same setup. The deprecated warnings are OK for now (we’re refactoring the code at the moment) but the Illegal string warning was definitely fixed.
You 100% sure you have 1.3 installed? Is it possibble to get access to that test environment?
This is what we have installed:

OK, leave it with me and i’ll investigate. For future reference, please do not post code from the plugin here. You can email us to discuss further if needed.
When are we likely to see a fix for:
When all items have been marked as Shipped, the order status is not automatically changed to “Completed”.

We keep paying our support renewals!
Hi there,
The plugin is in the review queue so should be released soon.
When is “soon”? 18 days have passed…
Hi there,
First, apologies for the late reply. A few things have cropped up in the plugin can needed to be fixed so we had to remove the update. Its on its way up now. I’ll let you know as soon as its up.
Another 2 months have passed… Any sign of v2.0 ? (or perhaps a v1.3.1?)
Almost done. We had a major issue with another plugin that need immediate attention. We’re back on this now and just finishing up (hopefully!).
Any news on when this issue: Warning: Illegal string offset ‘qty’ in /home/kiscience/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/admin/wpo-admin-order.class.php on line 139 - when will it be fixed?
Hi there,
Version 1.3 has just been released that should fix this issue. You should get a notification on Wordpress to automatically update the plugin.
Let me know if you have any other issues.
