Hello, there’s a demo of the plugin to see how it works? the screen shots don’t show all the features.
Hi there,
Just working on getting out setup up. Will let you know as soon as its up and running.
Compatible with Woocommerce 3.5.1?
Hi there,
We’ve run through our tests and haven;t found any issues and there have been no complaints from any users so it safe to say that it is compatible.
If you do some across any issue though, get in touch and we’ll sort them out.
Hello – I’m taking over for username bneiderm comment submitted about 2 months ago. You sent an email to try doing this from a different user with a different role – I tried as another user who is a “shop manager” and I’m still having the same issues (every time I update an order (any order, regardless of status), an email to the customer is sent saying that part of their order has shipped). Please advise.
Hi,
We have been dealing with user bneiderm over email. Last email to them was Oct 11 for which we had no reply. Please continue this support over email.
She cannot locate the email.
Please contact us again using the contact form and we can continue support through email.
Thanks
We are getting these errors with the plugin in our woocommerce log. I’ve emailed support but no repsonse. 2018-10-04T11:50:28+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function WPO_Pro_Email_Partial_Order_Shipped::add_tracking_note(), 2 passed in /home/**/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286 and exactly 4 expected in /home//public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-partial-orders/app/admin/emails/class-wpo-pro-email-partial-order-shipped.php:63 Stack trace: #0 /home//public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WPO_Pro_Email_Partial_Order_Shipped->add_tracking_note(Object(WC_Order), true) #1 /home//public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(’’, Array) #2 /home//public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home//public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-custom-emails/admin/class-wcemails-instance.php(248): do_action(‘woocommerce_ema…’, Object(WC_Order), true) #4 /home/*/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-custom-emails/admin/class-wcemails-instance.php(223):
Hi there,
Replied to you email.
Where can she find the key? is there a way on the site to find this?
HI, Pre-sale Question: Does this plug-in allow for custom order statuses beyond the “partial complete”? For example, if I sell handmade items, is there a way to set a custom status for “In Production”?
Thanks in Advance,
Kat
Hi there,
Apologies for the late reply. No the plugin is not designed to do that. It sound like you need another plugin that will allow you to create custom order statuses.
Hope that helps
Hi there, pre-sales question: Does this plugin work with Linnworks? Say if an order is split on Linnworks, this plugin will register it on the woocommerce side?
Hi,
No it won’t. There is no integration between the 2.
Every time I update an order (any order, regardless of status), an email to the customer is sent saying that part of their order has shipped. I can’t figure out how to turn this off. Please help! If we can’t get rid of this I’ll have to return the plugin. Thanks!
Hi there,
What version of the plugin are you using?
The plugin does not send the email automatically. It’ll keep track of the items that you ship and sending the email is a manual process that you need to initiate.
Let me know the version your using and we’ll take it from there.
Hi! I’m using version 1.9.1. Basically what is happening is that WooCommerce is adding a system automated customer note saying that the order has partially shipped. And as you know, in WooCommerce, each customer note sends an automated email to the customer for notification. So, if we can figure out why this note is being added at the incorrect times, and fix that, then the automated email will be fixed as well.
The notes you are referring to are private notes that do not get sent to the customer.
Unless the order status is changed to something that directly effects the customer (e.f. refunded or completed) then the customer will get a email, otherwise, status changed do not send emails to the customer. I’ve just tested it on my end and can confirm that when the order status is changed to Partially Completed and email is not sent at all.
Maybe this email is being triggered from something else?
No, the note says “Items shipped (partial order) email sent to customer with the following items:” when the order is only marked as processing
This is also only happening on manually created orders
Very odd. What verison of Woocommerce are you using? I’ll try and replicate it on my end.
Thanks! Version 3.4.5
Hey,
So I’ve tried to replicate this on my end but I am unable to do so. The Partial orders email is never sent regardless of what I do in the order, unless I manually trigger the email.
There could potentially be a conflict with another plugin that your are using that could be causing this to happen.
Email me using the form on the profile page and we’ll continue to debug over email instead of here.
I sent an email, but want to make sure it’s said here too that this seems to only happen when one admin creates the order, specifically, the website owner. Are there any special settings specific to the site owner?
Hi there,
Replied to your email. But just incase you miss it, there something else at play here that is causing this to occur. If the issue was a plugin issue it would occur for all users since our plugin has nothing coded in it to take in consideration the users role.
Try the stuff mentioned in the email and see what you can find.
When is the delete functionality for shipments going to be readded?
Hi there,
It was never removed. The delete functionality is determined on a setting. Maybe you have the setting disabled?
Have a look in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory. Make sure that the ‘Allow unsetting products as shipped once set to shipped’ setting is enabled.
Let me know how you get on.
I’m having an issue where the “Send ‘Items Shipped’ Email” does not appear in my orders at all. Using version 1.9.1 of the plugin. WordPress and WooCommerce are up to date.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Are you looking for the button under the order items?
We moved the Shipped Items functionality to a widget on the right hand side. We’ve tried to get it to show up just below the Publish widget but this could be lower if other plugins are using the same space.
See this image here: https://pasteboard.co/HueYa9N.png
Let me know if you need any more help
HI there, I don’t see it there either. I can send you a login. Where can I find your email?
Hi there,
You can use the contact form on our profile page. Email us and we’ll take a look.
Okay thank you!
Were you guys able to login? I haven’t heard anything back from you.
Disregard your email was in my spam. Thanks!
Hello,
Would the client be able to see the status of each item on their account page? or only a general “Partially Completed” option for the entire order?
Hi there,
Yes they can. The shipment that you send out are all shown in the account page under each item in the order.
Hope that helps
Hi Code-Ninja, I have a pre-sales question about the functionality. We have orders with shipments from different locations. For this we basically want a solution where the users on our different locations can only see the order that has the items they have stored in their location and be able to handle this order. When both locations have send their items for that order, it should be set to finished. It would be great if it is also possible to have the labels printed from the backend of WooCommerce and have the shipping company track and trace added to the emails. Is this possible?
Hi there,
Unfortunately the plugin will not be able to do this currently. It sounds like you have a multi vendor setup.
What your asking is very custom for your own setup and not something that a plugin would be able to provide out of the box. This would need to be custom coded for you.
Its something that we can look into for you as an add-on to the plugin if you want. If you want to discuss this further than please email me and i’ll be more than happy to discuss.
Thanks
I just install this plugin and it works great, but the tracking number does not link to FedEx, UPS, etc. It would be great if it did.
Hi there,
The tracking number isn’t supposed to link. Its there for you to enter the tracking number for that shipment which will then be included in the email to the customer.
But when you say link, what are you expecting to happen? Might be something that we can look into.
We have been using “WooCommerce Shipment Tracking” from WooCommerce.com, but it is not idea, each time you have to select from a list of 100 options which shipper you are using, but then it automatically generates the link that the customer can click on to take them right to their shipment. like for USA FedEx it would be “http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?action=track&tracknumbers=1234”
Thats interesting. I always assumed that you would use one shipper, so you can add the shippers details in the email and then add in the tracking number dynamically.
But if you use multiple shippers, then yes it does make sense.
I’ll make a note of this and see what we can do for a future update.
Thanks
Hi there,
I am planning to buy this plugin. Before purchasing, I need to confirm the following
1. Will the plugin compatible with latest WooCommerce version.? 2. Will the plugin compatible with WC Autoship (https://wooautoship.com/downloads/wc-auto-ship-for-woo-commerce/).?
Please let me know your response.
Thanks.
Hi there,
1. Yes it does. 2. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the compatibility with another plugin because we haven’t tested them out ourselves.
Hi,
1. Is it possible to handle partial delivery for the same line item? like i have purchased 10 oranges and only shipped 5 at the moment.
2. is the information and field able to be retrieve through API?
Hi there,
1. Yes, each item can be as partially shipped individually and you can enter the amount that was shipped and the date it was shipped also. The plugin will keep track of those shipments so when you come to ship more of that item you know how many have already been sent.
2. I may be wrong but i believe so. We store the information in Woocommerce default tables so i should be accessible provided you know the name of key in the table.
Hope that helps
As of Fri 20 Apr (14:50 BST), envato is still downloading v1.9, timestamped 9 April.
Yes the issue was resolved. 1.9 is the latest version.
Partial orders are STILL reducing the order value from the sales total on the dashboard.
This is seriously an issue. When an order becomes a partial order, if our total month sales are 10,000 and the order is worth $2000, once the order is set to “Partially completed” our total month sales figure will show $8000.
1.5 months ago I submitted a support ticket, You mentioned there would be an update, now after the update this issue persists
Hi there,
Looking into it now. I’ll get a fix out as soon as i find the cause.
Hi,
Just letting you know that i’ve just released an update (1.9.1) that fixes this. You should have a notification in Wordpress to update the plugin.
Let me know if you have any other issues.
Hello, I’ve tested and can confirm the update fixes this issue.
I’ve updated my review to 5 stars, thank you for the support
Thank you
Hi,
When shipping partial item the error is display “Something went wrong went trying to save the data, please try saving again. If this continues to happen please contact support.”

Can you please support us?
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you email us and provide login details so we can take a look please?
Hi,
Okay message sent using the support tab on this site.
Thanks
Changelog update please
Done
Great news, I’m also waiting for the new version. I’m really interested in this, is there any way to test before buying ?
Hi,
I’m just in the process of setting up a demo site for this plugin. Send me an email and i’ll get in touch once its up and running.
Mail sent !
Received. We’ve just finishing off some work and will get back to setting this up. I’ll email you details in a few days.
Hi Envato, can we do a guy a favour … actually a few of us? The author says they have submitted the update and we’re just waiting on your quality team to OK it which says about 1 day for plugin updates: http://quality.market.envato.com/codecanyon
Unfortunately, I don’t think Envato will see this message.
I’ve contacted their support and apparently, the update has been uploaded. But when i myself download the item, its not the updated code but the old version. I have no idea what the issue is!
Have submitted a support ticket.
Thank you
Hey,
Just got a notification that the plugin has been uploaded. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
