I’m also looking for an update on the request for the plugin notifying customers when orders are partially filled.

The next update will allow you to set how much of the item was sent within an order. However there’s no plans to add a way to notify the customer. Ill have to look into it further and if its straight forward I can add it before the update is released.

Example, I have a customer that order 10 of the same products, I only have 7 in-stock so I need a way to have the plugin report something along the lines of 10 ordered 7 shipped 3 on back order…

It has this function? —> “Once you are ready for the customer to pay, change the order status from “On Hold” to “Pending” and save the order, after making any other changes to the order, such as shipping charges and order total (WooCommerce doesn’t automatically update the Order Total when the order is updated manually), and click “Email Invoice”.”
The customer need not pay at the time of purchase. After I check if there is stock in trade clothing, you send the invoice. Got that?
Hi, no the plugin does not do this and this functionality is outside the scope of what this plugin is intended to do.

You need to enable the setting. It is off by default. To enable it, go to Woocommerce settings > Inventory tab, and enable ‘Allow unsetting products as shipped once set to shipped’.

Thanks! I actually thought of adding some way of setting how much was shipped after the plugin was released! I’ve got it scheduled in for the next update which should be out in a week of two.

My question: Is the plugin translateable with WordPress standard with .po/.mo files?—This essential for me, as my clients speak no English (I am from Germany).

Yes, I’ve used the same methods that Woocommerce uses when it comes to translations. If it doesn’t work let me know and I’ll take a look.
