I encountered a problem with loading skin builder…, the page stops at “loading skin builder” screen. I’m using Visual Composer 5.2 but it doesn’t work even I disabled the VC plugin. I tried to your support forum but it under maintenance.
I’m using a social media grid inside of a DIVI text module with a max height set at 400px and scroll enabled on y overflow in order to be able to place the stream in the middle of a page. It all works nicely except, with either ajax loading or a “load more” button used, when scrolling to the end of the currently loaded posts, neither ajax scrolling (to show more) works nor a button (to click to show more) shows up. Is there a way to do this or is what I’m trying to do not really what the grid is designed to support.

Dude…I love your plugin but you need to recognize the difference between someone asking you a support question and someone asking you about your plugin’s capabilities in an effort to help you sell it.
I received The Grid packaged with a theme I purchased from Theme Forest. I have setup multiple filters (category based), but I can’t find where to set the AND/OR options for the filters. I’ve read your documentation but it doesn’t give any instructions other than it’s a possibility. Please advise.

Can the skin css allow applying a hover filter (like zoom or desasurate, etc.) to the images in the grid. If so, what is the selector that would be used to target the image specifically? Thought it would be: .tg-bakery-grid-skin .tg-item-media-content:hover but that didn’t do anything.

You can apply hover animation to the image (media) thanks to the skin builder. You will find on the main left panel of the skin builder settings to add animation to the media under “media animation” tab.

If you are using a CDN and that you have synchronyzed your WordPress Media Library with it, it will work fine. Near all CDN provide WordPress plugins for that purpose.
Moreover, The Grid uses native WordPress functionalities to display images, exactly in the same as the featured blog post thumbnail. So, it will work fine with CDN. And a lot of users of The Grid are using CDN (since v1.0). In fact, a CDN does not have any relation with The Grid because The Grid only uses WordPress functionalities to get content and image. So, if your CDN was set in order to make it work with WordPress, it will work with The Grid.

Automatic updates allows to update the plugin on click. So, if you don’t click on update, it will not update it. You have nothing to deactivate.

I like that the “tg-ajax-button-holder” disappears after all of the media has been loaded but I need to change it so that “tg-grid-area-bottom1” disappears instead so the grid will have a bottom margin of 0 after all the media has been loaded. How would I go about this?

We use The Grid as our Woocommerce shop overview and have only variable products in our shop. As we created the products we used only prices exclusive VAT and thought Woocommerce would add the tax automatically but it doesn’t do that. So now we the grid only shows “from 90€” but it should show “from 113€” since we have 19% VAt in Germany. I configured all variations so that the sales tax should be applied. So how can this be fixed because I don’t want to recreate all the products with tax included? It would take days.

The Grid uses the native functionality of Woocommerce to display price. So, the price displayed in a grid items will be the same as the one display by default in your Woocommerce shop page. You should just setup Woocommerce to include tax in the shop page.

The Grid uses native Woocommerce functionalities for prices, cart buttons, etc… All that can be set in Woocommerce. You can check the live demo of The Grid, you will see that the price have 2 decimals like set in Woocommerce settings panel.

ok but before we spend money on support we need to know if you potentially could fix the issue. So let me explain what we did. Our shop has only products with variations and for some reasons the “from” price is displayed without tax. But since we need it to display including tax we had to customize your extension. We changed the function that retrieve the Woocommerce full price inside post-type.class.php from “return $product->get_price_html();” to ” return $product->get_price_including_tax();” Now it displays the price with tax but the second decimal place behind the comma is missing. And since it shows correctly on the product price itself it must be your extension that does that. So can you help us with this? If you can we will buy the support. Thank you!

There isn’t any issue from The Grid about Woocommerce prices. Moreover get_price_html() (which is a wrapper of wc_get_price_to_display() ) includes tax if Woocommerce is correctly set. On my side, the price correctly displays the tax (when enabled on Woocommerce) and with the right number of decimal set in Woocommerce.

Hi, the problem is that woocommerce does not show the starting price for variation products correctly with tax even if it is configured. This is a known woocomerce bug. For normal products you are right but not for product variations. And we do have configured Woocommerce to show 2 digits after the comma and we have configured it to show prices with tax. As it does correctly on product pages and the original product grid view. The comma is only missing on your grid.
Please take a look https://jensrosbach.de/fine-art-prints/ because just seems to truncate the 0 if a 0 stands at the end. Prices like 99.05 work are showing up correctly but not prices like 99.10 they are showing up like this 99.1

1) Yes you can recreate the same layout with The Grid.
2) The Grid should be compatible with any kind of page builder because it uses native WordPress shortcode to generate grids. So, by adding a grid shortcode in a WordPress content editor element (in text mode) or in a dedicated element (for shortcode) of your builder, it should work fine.
