Hi, is there a way to show both the image name and the image caption on the hover overlay in a grid sourced from the media library. By default the grid shows the post title (image name), but I’d like to also show the image caption – how do I do this? is the a field or a way to add via meta? thanks!!

Hello, everytime i add this plugin to a website and want Facebook feed. I enter the fields available ID/secret and i always get this message: Sorry, an error occurs from Facebook API: An access token is required to request this resource. You provided me a fix once for one website, so it worked, why doesnt it work now when the plugin have been updated like 4 times since? 
I got no field to enter the access token anywhere.
I’ve made the feed work ofcourse, i’ve copied the plugin you fixed, but it’s like 1 year old soon

There isn’t any known issue with Facebook feed and The Grid. You should simply try to clear The Grid cache in the Global settings and be up to date with the plugin.

Hi there! Not sure if I’m eligible for support since your plugin is bundled through X/Pro theme but I’m going to give it a shot. I can’t submit a ticket through your system because of this.
I have a grid set-up to display schools and it works fine if I set it to display all posts on load (-1). However, if I set it to load 20 posts with a load more button it duplicates posts. It will show 2 of every post and when you sort you can see all of the duplicates. This even happens in the preview of the grid in the Grid admin.
I’ve tried de-activating all plugins to make sure there’s not a conflict and it did not help.
Any ideas what might be going on?

Does anyone else have issues with The Grid and Yoast playing nice together? Yoast runs fine until I turn on The Grid and suddenly functionality for many Yoast and Divi back-end buttons and data entry fields render useless. I’ve presented this issue to support before and don’t want to pay to renew unless I know they’ll be able to fix it. I’ve gone so far as to rebuild my entire site from scratch with zero customization thinking some stray code might have corrupted things, but the same exact issue occurs.

There isn’t any known issue with Yoast and The Grid plugin. The live demo of The Grid is using Yoast without any issue. Moreover, The Grid is working fine with DIVI theme.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible to use FancyBox3 plugin with The Grid. However, The Grid is compatible with ModuloBox plugin which offers more functionalities with better performances and a lightweight script than FancyBox3.

Sorry, but I’m not sure to fully understand your question. If you are talking about a grid which have a pagfination then you can set filters for the whole grid. It will be the same on each page because it’s the same grid.

On CodeCanyon market, you need one license per end-product (per website/project). So, if you use The Grid on several websites, you need one license per website. And if you want to stop using The Grid on a website and use it on another you can. In this case you need to remove your token on the old website and register The Grid on the new website.

Hi, presale question…Woocommerce… I am needing a grid for products/categories that will show both horizontal and vertical art pieces in grid (uneven). Also need title, short description and quick view (lightbox in foreground without clicking to the single product page) for the product on each category page. Will your plugin allow this? 1) About your first question (horizontal and vertical art pieces in grid), if you mean different item sizes in a grid, then yes it’s possible.
2) The Grid can display any native field/information available in a post. It’s also possible to display custom field values in a skin thanks to the skin builder. The Grid don’t have a quick view functionaltiy and only have a lightbox. It’s eventually possible to add shortcodes in the skin builder. So, if you have a quick view plugin that works with shortcodes, it may work.

Yes, it’s possible. The Grid comes with a skin builder in order to build you own skins. Thanks to this skin builder, you will be able to set link above the whole image for example. And, it’s also possible to set a custom link (and target) for each post in your grid.

Questions. I use thegrid bundled with xtheme theme. My questions: when I click filtering, it fills rows first then column. I would like it fills column first then row. Is it possible?
