Hello, We are using the plugin with 16 images per product. When dragging the mouse to rotate the view it seems that the rotation is very fast and sensitive. Is there a way without increasing the number of images to slow down the mouse rotation speed? let’s say 1 image every 30px that we drag the mouse? Same questions apply with the scroll down rotation effect. The user experience with the low amount of images (16) is very poor.
Please advise how we can improve Thanks

Hi Mate When will you add option to start loading 360 image by pressing start ? ( now is loading automatically and there is no way to make it work with lazy load, so page with 360 images has couple megabytes … ). Cheers

Hi! You can try to increase default 40ms interval shortcode parameter to something like this [smart-product interval=”80”]. Though we recommend to use at least 36 images for smooth animation. Cheers!

Is there a way to stop the animation on the final image? I want the images to play on scroll down but stop on the final image frame, because it is currently jumping up and down as it moves from frame 10 straight to frame 1 again.

Hi! For 180° view you can use a scrollbar, so there is a start and end points of animation and no loop. Yes you can set the first frame, you can manage the order by drag and drop. Cheers!

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Just trying to figure out the most elegant way to include 360 functionality as part of my product edit screen. I’d like to replace the preexisting gallery on the single-product.php with a 360 rotatable image. Considering your plugin seriously. Can you say more about how to pass ID’s to individual products. Would I need to do that if a window for 360 already appears on the product edit screen?

Hi!
You can assign 360 views to any woo product individually via meta box presented on each product edit screen. You can add 360 view code to single-product.php, but then you will need to pass 360 view ID for each individual product.

This is not clear for me what you want to achieve. On each WooCommerce product edit screen there is a metabox where you can choose a 360 view to show instead of product image. The only reason I see you need to place it to single-product.php is to show both 360 view and product image or to show 360 view in other place of the page. If you set 360 view for the product, but not check “Show as product image” checkbox you will keep original product image and be able to get 360 view via get_post_meta() function.

So I purchased the plugin. A few issues. When I check on the box to replace the product image with the spinner, it simply pushes the featured image below the spinner. I want it to replace it.
When I try to simply delete the featured image, the spinner repeats itself vertically. I saw 3 spinners when I deleted my feature image.
Please advise.
