I am using this plugin for over a year . One thing is incredibly annoying : U UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANT MAKE SHORTCODE NR. OURSELFS . INSTEAD THE SHORTCODE NUMBER IS CREATED BY PLUGIN . So why is this a big deal ? ...First of all ; any serious shop manager imports products with csv . So , if i want to import : product description field + 360shotcode . What code do i put in ? U see every copmpany has article number of their own When i import csv product i have my company SKU number and when i make 360 image i name it the same as my SKU NR. Than i have to go check what SHORCODE NUMBER PLUGIN GENERATED to import the product csv way .. WHY WE CHOOSE THE NAME OF 360 FILE , WHEN U CANT USE THAT NAME TO SHORTCODE THE PRODUCT ? CAN U MAKE THIS ? OTHER THAN THAT , THIS PLUGIN I S PERFECT !

Just to make it clear you want shortcode like below to show 360 view for Smart Product with “My Product” name, correct?

[smart-product name=”My Product”] yes ,because that way we can name 360 images later on or before the product csv upload. than the csv shortcode upon adding 360 images will show on product page . Like this we never know what code the plugin will generate and we have to add it manually ACTUALLY in someway u allready did this. When we add manually WITH TINYMCE, plugin knows that NAME we give when putting 360 images = SMARTPRODUCT ID. BUT there is no shortcode to do this.

but only work in ipad devices.

hi, in the option for complete screen in ligthbox modal, its visible one button in orange color , in the footer- right corner, but is only visible the half, its possible hide this button.
This is the button to hide modal window. If you hide it user will be able to hide this modal only via “Esc” key on a keyboard. To hide it you can use custom CSS below.

Hi! You can put as many shortcodes as you want. There is no way to create rows or other layouts with our plugin. However you can use other plugins or shortcodes for this. It is not possible to link the product. Sorry.

Hi! No we don’t plan to add HOTSPOTS and ZOOM in future, sorry. You will notice a “Smart Product” metabox above the “Product Gallery” metabox on Product page. It has all options to display any 360 view. Just choose one from the dropdown and customize it as you need. Thanks!

Hi! It is not clear what you exactly want to achieve.You can set 360 view for each product individually, even if it is the same view. You can’t set one 360 view automatically apply to all products. Thanks!

You should notice a “Smart Product” metabox above the “Product Gallery” metabox on WooCommerce Product edit page. It has all options to display any 360 view. Just choose one from the dropdown and customize it. Don’t forget to check “Show as product image” checkbox. Cheers!
Is it possible to disable the 360 till someone click the popup button? Also is it possible to have more then one on the same line as they going below the current one.
Hi! To put 360 views in one line you should use columns (may be your theme provide them as a shortcodes) or other containers and then past [smart-product] inside these.
Or you can use custom CSS like this to place two views in one line:.threesixty-image {
float: left;
max-width: 45%
}
and this to put 3 views in one line:
.threesixty-image {
float: left;
max-width: 28%
}
Great plugin but a few things need sorting, firstly there is a white line at the bottom of the images, fullscreen button will not work on mobile phones and would love if there was a zoom feature.

Is your plugin able to have a zoom function?

Everything is possible for developers:) However it is not possibly without heavy code changes, which we don’t recommend to do. Also there is no API or docs on how to do this. We recommend you to look for other plugins which may have this feature.
