You leave your customers alone in total frustration. You are just in for the sale, and to do nothing afterwards. Your attitude to not respond in an orderly and timely manner is an insult to the intelligence of your customers, it is without any respect to them. You claim that your product is compatible with a number of page builders. In our case, using Divi, it is absolutely not. Your attitude of not responding to tickets kills the momentum a web-designer needs to have in his project. You do not care. Do not give us BS now that you are busy, ill or overloaded, you are just not performing. You seem to know little of German law, but we can tell you that even for purchases of around 49 euros it pays to go to court if only to expose you as a charlatan. We want our money back and forget about you and your product as quickly as possible. We give you until April 20 to resolve a refund with us, or we will take action.

How do I display all of my properties on one page. I have used every variation of shortcode but it still continues to only list 10 properties on one page with pagination on the bottom. [rem_list_properties style=”3” posts=”20” orderby=”date” class=”col-sm-4”] This is the code I am using, have also used total_properties=”20” the page in question is https://hamgnt.com/pine-creek-apartments. I have also sent in a support message about an extension I bought and have heard no response. Can I please get a response so I can complete this project?

hi, brought your plugin and installed it we are using liquid theme (hub), when we select single property as From Theme…it does not show image gallery, slider, features etc…

And also in the property listing page there is no search button…

Now we have selected single property style as Full Width…We are unable to remove the gap in the slide (left and right side there is 1/2 inch gap)...and we need auto play

I cannot reactivate the license on the same domain as the site I just refreshed. The site is j-group.com that was originally created on and I am trying to re-add the license back to j-group.com but it is saying that it is already there. I have cleared cache and tried in incognito mode.
