Probably one of the worst customer service :(
Started fine with quick response and solutions. But since a few weeks back you get no response for up to 9 days (still waiting).

This plugin is excellent and the customer service is excellent, they made many improvements to suit my needs 100% recommended

5stars all the way! This is a great plug in and the customer support is exceptional. This company stands behind their work and really wants you to have a great experience using their products. If you are in real estate, this plug in is a must! I highly recommend it.

this is the ultimate real estate listing plugin

Spent a good amount of time looking for a real estate plugin for WP which would properly deal with multiple languages and be flexible, after trying at least 5 other plugins before this one, none of them implemented it properly until REM. I found a few little bugs and communicated them to the author directly and they were promptly fixed or solutions found. Now I have an amazing Real estate website that works and allows me to add one property and replicate it quickly to other languages and feels flexible enough for me to build whatever I like in terms of visual design and layout. Looking forward to new features being added. Couple of feature requests, ability to manage clients and viewings within the plugin (CRM) and a way to export to BLM or do automatic publishing to property portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, "A place in the sun" or Idealista, that would just be the icing on the cake. Oh and maybe some basic Stats would be nice.

The extension is suitable, the support is very correct.
Using Polylang, I create a 2-language website and it is suitable for it.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. A very well-made plugin with a clean UI and good documentation and can be quickly adapted for one's needs.

A bonus is the customer support - super helpful from day 1 and tailored the plugin a bit more to my needs.

Excelent, It flexible and so easy to manage

Not very recommend this plugin. We have tested this plugin quite a while. The ticketing support was very poor. Sometime it took 3-4 days to get a reply.

It's a very robust real estate system. The developers of this plugin offer great and timely support.

I bought this plugin and I must say that what annoys me is the lack of documentation for basic things that should be easy to implement.

If you want to buy it, I recommend before reviewing the little documentation of use and you will realize that you will have to be paying $29 every 6 months for support.

To activate a function as basic as if a property is sold or not, you should consult the support.

I was integrating REM 'into' another theme. Upon finding REM, I liked the function and it made a great Add-on into my main theme.
At first there were issues with documentation and integration.
But... the REM developers stepped up to the plate!
It was obvious that it was a new process - 2 into 1- for them.
They came through brilliantly with super support and taking the time helping me work through the whole process. Some coding issues were found but they customized to solve them.
Outcome.... Works and functions as I had envisioned it would.
