Hi there, thanks for amazing plug-in! Everything is working but just two things:
1. For some reason price slider for [rem_map_search_form columns=”3” fields_to_show=”property_type,property_price,property_bathrooms,property_rooms” fixed_fields=”property_purpose|Vendita” slider_handle_color=”#00987D” search_btn_text=”Cerca”] is not showing. I mean it does not render the UI to adjust prices.
2. We’re tying to add similar proprieties on bottom of single property page following this: https://wp-rem.com/online-documentation/action-hooks/rem_single_property_page_tags/. But it’s not working with custom template (probably becuase missing hook). We tried to conver the code into a shorcode and it work but it does not filter by Property Type. Problem seems to be that we cannot retrieve ‘rem_property_type’.

I actiavted the purchase code on a development site, then had to delete the site and start over, and now I can not activate the purchase code on my new development site because it says it is already in use. There’s nowhere I can find to deactivate the previous instance (the development site has been completely deleted)

Hi, your plugin used to work fine with the popular wordpress theme Blockscape, now for some reason the page with listings shows very messy, so probably some CSS conflicting with the theme. Can you please check? Also had to uninstall and reinstall your plugin to try to fix your CSS issue conflicting with theme and now says the licence is already used on same website? Can you please reset? thank you

Hi Support, I’m seeing two issues:

Documentation search is broken: the search box returns “Please try again later.. [Unknown error (1247)]” (see screenshot).

Country → States/Provinces not updating on frontend: when I change the Country field, the States/Provinces dropdown doesn’t reload (seems like a JS/AJAX issue).

Could you please confirm if these are known issues and advise the recommended fix/workaround (update-safe if possible)?

Hi team, We are using your plugin for idr.sx website, but as we are stepping out from the agency, they told us to buy a new license key. So if we deactive the license key from the active site and thgen put ours that we are buying now, will that affect our active listings even for a minute?

and also, if we are activating the license on a temporary domain and later we are connectingg that domain to actual site domian, will that license automatically be registerd on active site domain?

Since one of the last updates, the shortcode “[rem_my_properties]...[/rem_my_properties]” shows every property. Regardless of whether it belongs to the user or not. The WordPress, the real estate plugin and all other plugins are up to date. PHP is on 8.1.
