More than 1 year without updates! Be careful

Hello, yes, we paused support for some time due to war in our country. The support purchase option was disabled, which means you didn’t pay for it. However, the plugin has been tested and works with all recent versions of WP. The support is now active again. In any case, if the plugin didn’t work for your site you can always request a refund, I process them within hours, so there’s no risk.
This plugin is slowing the website pretty hard. I had to go with BetterDocs (free plugin) that does much of the work with less overhead.
Furthermore, no update in 1 year...
Do not buy.

Hi there! Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I'm not able to support this product at the moment because we have a war in Ukraine. I hope things will change and I'll be able to process the support requests regularly. For now, you can request a refund if this product doesn't do what you need.

This Knowledge base system is fantastic. All the settings are a bit overwhelming at first but you can customize everything to your liking.

Thanks a lot! Indeed, there are lots of settings, we have plans to regroup them and maybe split into smaller groups, related to specific functionality groups - KB, FAQ, Glossary, etc.
