Hello, yes, we paused support for some time due to war in our country. The support purchase option was disabled, which means you didn’t pay for it. However, the plugin has been tested and works with all recent versions of WP. The support is now active again. In any case, if the plugin didn’t work for your site you can always request a refund, I process them within hours, so there’s no risk.
