Hi. I cant install the plugin.. tried different themes – not working.. What could bee the problem?

Please use the support forum and mention in detail as to what the problem is. Saying it doesn’t work would not help us much in detecting what and where the problem is. If you are unsure, then post a live URL to your site where the form is supposed to load.

I tried the online demo and I was not able to click on the cog to open additional settings. Will I have this problem after I purchase your product? I’m on Mac OS with Firefox.

I just tried the cog button and it works fine. There was a bug in our demo setup which would cause it break but that was weeks ago. Could you please confirm. Also thank you for letting us know.

Thank you for getting back to me. I just tried it now. It still doesn’t work on my Mac but works on my PC. On my Mac/Firefox the cog is just not clickable.

Since I use Mac at work and use PC at home, could you please look into this issue?

This is strange. We have many other customer using Mac and it is essentially the browser which would make the cog button work. Please give some screenshots. Also if you know how to use the console window (under developer tool) then please post a screenshot of the console output too. There should be some kind of error over there.

Can I use your plugin for setting up a site where I can setup one survey for each subscriber/customer. They should be able to access their own account and view reports regarding their survey.

Hello. I have an invalid ID CODE?

The problem has been solved. It was because of a misconfiguration of wp-config.php :: DB_COLLATE constant. It was causing error during any database table creation.

As far as I know there is no other plugin like this and I have been searching for one for a long time. I have no issues with my installation since I am only using the plugin for contact forms (7 of them) however the state of things with support is alarming. I wonder if there is going to be another update.

They said an update was coming this September and support would resume too but still nothing. I am searching for an alternative to be ready when this stops working even though I have no technical issues at the moment but can’t find one.

If I were iPanel I would seriously consider talking to another developer or partner so they can continue this product. I would be very disappointed to see this product go down.

So many problems going unresolved so time for envato to stop allowing this plugin to be sold. Everyone is understanding of a family problem but if you cant support the plugin it needs to be removed from sale until you can. Otherwise it is not fit for purpose.

Adding a new element is complex. Please see these file class-ipt-fsqm-form-elements-base.php, class-ipt-fsqm-form-elements-data.php, ipt-fsqm-form-elements-front.php, class-ipt-fsqm-form-elements-static.php, ipt-fsqm-form-elements-admin.php inside the classes directory.

Is there a way to numerate questions when displayed on page? Something like: 1. Question 1.1 Sub Question 1.2 Sub Question 2. Question

You can do it manually by simply entering 1.1 or 1.2 in question title.

That means there is no an automatic option? Because i can do it manually but if i later add a question in the middle of a survey with 200 questions, i would have to rename all questions below.

Wow … Glad I checked these comments. Given the lack of response to everyone’s questions/issues this is definitely not something I want to invest in! I won’t mention it by name but there is another polling plugin available here at Code Canyon for which the developer responded to a question from me within minutes. And he’s getting lots of great feedback comments about his support.

I bought the plugin a couple weeks ago. I’m using this for a VERY important project to my small business that I have to release on October 1. I’m DESPERATE to get this plugin working in time.

I’ve written twice on the support forum and haven’t had a reply in over two weeks. I understand your developer has a sick family member and I haven’t posted anything else because I want to be as understanding as possible.

But when it comes right down to it, I really need this for my business. Is there at least an ETA of when support will be given again?

I had the same problem (not being able to save more than one value at a time). It was not the plugin’s fault though as I found out by installing it in a clean wordpress installation. A single empty line in any php file can cause this.

Try it on a localhost installation without any theme or other plugins. It should be fine there. Then create your forms there, export their code with the built-in exporter and import the code to the live site, again, with the built in importer.

That was my workaround. In my current theme it works and saves fine.

We purchased your plug in last week and are now getting major problems as the questionnaire is not saving on the website. We save. Close the page. Then go back to the page and the code has gone and the page is empty. Please can we get a response on this.

Also incredibly frustrating that we cannot access the forum using our purchase key!

Hi there, this plugin is great though I’m experiencing really bad saving issues at the moment. I’ve checked with my host and they have all security, traffic, performance optimised to full, but still experiencing saving issues. I’ve even recreated the entire form again, but still not working. Please help. Cheers

Please follow @JargonGR advise. Deactivate all your plugins and themes (switch to a default theme). Then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

@Paulstoneradio notice the lack of response to all of these questions above? ... avoid it and find something someone who actually responds to their customers. AKA customer service/support, heck there is no response to a guy who bought it three days ago and cant get an activation code working.

For our site, we want to use the form for promotional submissions. Does it have the option to block users from submitting multiple times per form that we create? Basically if we’re giving away a car, we don’t want “BOB” to submit 50 times, we want it to recognize him and only let him submit once.

You can block by email, ip address and/or registered users. So with all these options you can effectively block multiple submissions (something like 1 per email and 5 per IP (since some ISP gives shared IP addresses) would suffice. Optionally you can force your users to register before they submit).

Are you planning on updating anytime soon? I purchased this a while back and you have been talking about updates but I don’t see any updates it’s been literally six months of waiting at this point according to your change-log at the bottom and 3 months since the other date on the sidebar of your page. This has a ton of potential but only if you actively develop this thing. You didn’t even bother making the info on the site match. Change-log says April the sidebar says June… do you not care about your work or our money we spend with you? What did you even update in version 2.4? Change-log doesn’t even show your work since April or anything. Come on guys hard t support a product you don’t even seem to care about.
