I second the request for a ‘save for later’ button.
The problem with letting people submit the form so they can edit the form later is that they need to visit their trackback page (the place where they view their completed forms) so that they can then edit their incomplete forms. I’d prefer to have registered members just view the saved/incomplete forms in the pages that hold the forms without them needing to go to a special form management page.
For example,
I have created a user account page with a form in it. Only registered members can view the forms. When a member views his account page, part way fills out a form, submits the form to complete it later then returns to his account page to complete the form, the user sees an empty form and not the form he left in an incomplete state. In other words, in order to edit the form the user now needs to go to another page (the trackback page) to view and edit his existing submission. If the user is unaware of the ‘trackback’ page then he will assume he has to complete the form afresh because he will see the form without any of his previously inputted answers.
Would be nicer for the registered user to return to his membership account page and see his form in the same incomplete state he left it in before clicking submit/save. This way there would be no need to send the user to a special page where he can view or edit previously submitted forms.
So, as a feature request:
- Add a “save form for later” button.
- Make so that incomplete forms display with their saved data entries in them.
- When I set a limit on the number of submissions, either show an ‘edit answers’ button or show a ‘you cannot complete this form again’ message without first waiting for the user to attempt another form submission.
This is a wonderful plugin. Would be great to have these other features though.
Thank you iPanelthemes.
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestions. We will definitely implement such feature in near future.
Thank you.
I realised after leaving my comment that you already plan to add the auto save feature. Was too late for me to edit my comment after I’d read the development map.
I love this plugin
For extremely long forms…. Can it be set where a registered user can save their submissions and log back in later to complete it?
Hello,
You can enable form edit option from the admin panel (while editing form). This way, they can edit their submission later. Also please make sure the form elements are not set to required.
How can I set this so that the user HAS to be registered in order to complete the form?
Or, can they register as a user during filling out the form/test?
Thanks,
Dustin
Hello,
You can use some third party plugin to hide the page content to non-logged in users. This way they will be forced to register when they try to view the form. In our upcoming update we will incorporate this feature in the core of our plugin.
Hello I’m very interested in buy it but I do have a question ,I would like to build a Survey and base on the results of it direct the user to certain category and attributes on the products catalog shop in my woocommerce is that possible?

Hello,
If the redirection can be based on overall obtained score, then you can definitely do it with our plugin.
Is there a way to have the quiz score based on the order the user puts their answers? For instance Rank these colors from one to six, beginning with number one as your favorite. We want the score to give 1 point for every a, 2 points for every b, 3 points for every c, etc. Can we do this? Can you think of a way we could do this and then give the results at the end based on how many points they got for every #1 answer? Thanks for your help. My client really wants this.
a. green
b. orange
c. yellow
d. blue
e. red
f. purple
Hello,
Apologies but this type of scoring is not yet possible with our product.
Is there a way to quickly input city and state dropbown selection?
Hello,
Apologies but there isn’t any right now.
Hello, Is there a way to integrate a workflow in to this product? I would like to be able to have a user to complete a task and update the form once the task is completed. Can you also integrate signatures using the touch screen on an tablet or a mobile device and using the mouse on a desktop? The file upload is great, but can you also enable taking a photo from the mobile device feature as well and not just from the photo album? Can the form behave in away that once all of the questions are answered, the answers are automatically importated into a PDF document in to the specified fields along with the signatures? Thanks!!
Hello,
Apologies but this kind of work flow can not be constructed with our plugin. The nearest you can get is something like this:
1. User completes a task and then you somehow redirect them to the form page.
2. They submit the form.
3. Once the submission is done, you redirect them to the trackback page where the submission can be downloaded in PDF format (with the help of the exporter plugin).
Looking forward to timing in quizes
Hello,
Thank you for your interest. Timing feature is also in our todo list and will be released in near future.
There is Italian translation?
Hello,
We do have po and mo files using which you can easily translate.
Hi, I would like to buy this plugin. I have some questions before that.
Q: Is it possible to show a single question at a time, rather than showing all questions in a single page ?
Q:Is it possible to restrict the quiz time limit say 30min?
Q:Is it possible to show the highest quiz scored users to all the visitors?
Q:Is it possible to get the questions from a bank of questions say there are 50 questions, while taking test time it has to show only 20 of those 50 questions (Dynamically selecting the questions for a source). If this is not possible by this plugin, let me know if any other plugin will do this task.
Thanks, ibnoman
Hi can you kindly answer the above questions?
Hello,
Apologies for the delay. Now to answer your query:
1. Yes, you can simply add a single question in a container.
2, 3 & 4. Sorry, that is not possible yet.
Any time frame for 2,3,4 please
Hello,
Unfortunately we can not commit to any time frame right now
. But we will try our best to release as soon as possible.
How do we change the text on the submit button from “Submit” to something else?
Hello,
You can change it under Form Settings > Progress Buttons. Please use support forum for any further question: http://ipanelthemes.com/kb/support/
...been a while since I used this… have an application for this now if the following is possible:
Can I pre-fill fields hidden fields based on a variable in the URL? I want to create a landing page for multiple sales reps. Each sales rep uses the same link with a ?variable=repname at the end of the URL… I need to fill hidden fields in the form with the rep data. Possible?
I thought of creating separate forms for each rep, but that is not a scalable approach.
...also, I would like to automatically email each sales rep a copy of the submitted values… of course, the sales rep would only get copies of the data for leads if their rep name was in the URL.
This is the page I’m working on: http://textmarketingclub.com/try-it-free-for-30-days/
Hello,
Prefilling fields and hidden fields is still not available right now. But we are working on it and will release it asap. About the email, you can mail the submission to any number of people you want. For feedback elements (feedback small and feedback large) you can even mail just the particular element to a certain person.
Is it possible with this survey to have nested questions? Meaning, a survey question would be “how many dogs do you own” and then the user enters 2 and two sets of questions come up for each dog. Is that possible?
Hello,
You can use conditional logic for that. Simply make the extra fields hidden at first and show them if the “how many dogs do you own” field has a value greater than 1.
Awesome plugin, feels like i died and went to forms heaven! btw I have a one que before buying:
Is it possible to use images as radio buttons so user can select one of those and proceed accordingly like if they want pizza and they select pizza and it will open up the pizza related options which too will feature images and so on?
Hello,
It is very much possible to use images as radio button labels and so on. Please have a look: http://ipanelthemes.com/kb/fsqm/fsqm-tutorials/using-images-checkbox-radio-labels/ Scroll down to see the live example.
Pre-Purchase questions:
Just couldn’t find it listed on the main page, but a pre-purchase question, does this plugin support shortcodes for the forms, so we can use them in sidebars or other custom areas (i dont want to have to link the custom URL for the form).
Also do the forms support any type of pop-up behavior where you can click a button or link etc and have the form pop up over the page (lightbox style or something similar).
Lastly, i checked the demo, the only thing else that would be nice is when choosing a color theme, it would be nice to be able to directly edit colors for certain sections without custom CSS
Sorry just realized through admin demo about the shortcodes
Hello,
1. As you have figured out shortcode functionality is there. In fact we have a nice shortcode generator right on the WordPress editor.
2. Popup behavior is not currently a part of our plugin, but we are looking forward to implement this.
3. Although we do not currently support editing color directly, we do support a nice API through which you can design your own theme. Please consult in our support forum once you’ve purchased this item and we will give you sample plugin files to get started with.
Quick question. Is it responsive?
Hello,
Yes it is responsive. You can check the demo or scan the QR code from your handheld device.
Hello, I don’t need quizz or statistics, but only members who register and complete a form, with the ability to edit some of the fields of their choice without seeing any statistics or tables or percentage. Can you confirm this is the case if I disable the main option about it (from the admin panel).
Also, I need to be notified by email each time a member edit any field, dropdown menu, check/uncheck any box, change his email address, etc. Is that possible?
And finally, I don’t see background color customisation. There are just some templates with some preselected colors, but these colors affect only some little lines or borders. Do you provide some css templates examples for this type of customization?
And do you plan to make a php standalone version, since WP seems to require lot of ressources on a shared hosting.
For the first question, to be more precise : the members should not see any Score, Summary or list of past submissions. Just a form to complete and edit later.
Hello,
1. You can disable score entirely by just not adding any score to any of the options. Also you can enable “Edit Submission” feature give the users the facility to update their submission. They can simply use their User Portal page (which will be available once they register to your site) to view list of all their submissions. Whenever they update, you will automatically get a notification.
2. For creating custom themes, you can consult our support forum. There are easier way to create a theme by yourself. You just need to edit some CSS and we will help you out with that. Also we will show a procedure in a way that you would not have to edit the same file again and again after plugin update.
3. Sorry, but we are not looking into creating a standalone PHP version of this plugin right now. But you can use the embed code to embed forms anywhere in any site (just an iframe HTML, much like facebook embed or youtube embed).
Thanks
We would like for the quiz to calculate the score based on what answer a person gave rather than a right/wrong system. Like ordering answers from 1-6 then calculating all the 1s, 2s, 3s, etc. Do you know if this is possible? have any thoughts on a solution? By the way I really like your quiz plug-in it is the best I have seen so far for the right wrong type quiz. I hope you can help us on our quest. Thanks, Laurie
Hello,
What you are asking is not yet supported by our plugin. Apologies for that.

Hi Thank you for a nice Form. It has really helped me out.
I have a small problem though.
Everytime I put in a form element with an icon in (mail, first name, surname, phone etc.) The icon hiddens the first part of the active form.
See example her: http://accelerators.dk/?page_id=4891I guess it is my Template that causes the problem – but is there any Work around this?
Thanks Jan
