With conditional fields and file uploads implemented I will definitely be purchasing shortly. However, I do have another few questions I couldn’t find the answers to:

- Is there support for “hidden” fileds, i.e. fields that a user cannot fill in on the front end, but an admin theoretically could in the back end? Would that maybe work with conditions?

- Is there any way to send email notification to the submitter once an admin has reviewed his submission and maybe added a comment / updated the submission?

- Any plans to make the data appearing in user / admin notification mails customisable, e.g. instead of just Submission enabling mapping of specific individual fields?

- And finally, it is great that you can restrict the time that a form can be edited by a user after submission, but it would be even better if this could be controlled on a finer level, e.g. one section of the form is editable, others are not.

Is it possible to allow users to add a row when entering information?

I need them to be able to submit a report but need the ability to add another row of info based on their report using the same elements.

Hello, an other issue. With the “scale” function. The circles to make a choice have one color. Can i customize this with multi color.

example: low selection red (1 & 2), mid is orange(3), end green (4 &5)

A presale question. Is there an email verification feature? Ex. 1. after user submit a form, the user will receive an email with a verification link. 2a.after cliking the link, the submission will actually be recorded. OR 2b. the user email will be marked as valid.

I wonder if this system has the option to distribute a examene multiple users, I want to implement it in an educational setting, the idea is to do a test and then enable it for a group of students, those students who can enter the ad co your username and they can take the exam and so I could get the results automatically

The plugin is great. But if I may make a suggestion – please create a functionality that allows bulk operations. I have a quiz that’s 160 questions long. It would be nice to be able to just copy paste them instead of creating each individual question. The same goes for the results. HTML reports are great but exporting as CSV would make this plugin simply awesome. Thanks!

Another question. I have a personality type quiz to conduct. Can this be used to analyze the results to give categorized answers. E.g. Personality type A | B| C| D each of them as 10 questions. At the end of the questions it will tally all 40 questions and show results for each category with a condition of 1st category, 2nd category etc sorted based on the category with the highest score?

Hello, I see very good comments about this builder. However, I want the following questions to be answered.

1. I have a photostudio and i want my users to be able to: – a .Select package (passport photo, create an album or select special prints) – b. Selecct a style e.g. if passport size, how much, then upload or if it album then select layout and see cost – c. Select a print location (with option to pickup or have it delivered) – d. the Location would get an email with order details and contents (uploaded files etc) – e. Admin get email with same details

The other senario is for Loan application: We want to simply create an online application form for loans than can be printed and signed.

Do Not Purchase – What appears to be a great plugin lacks update support. I bought on the premise that doc and image upload features were suppose to be released in February and the developer has yet to make any updates for over 2 months now. Additionally the developer lacks the ability to respond to inquiries within this comment section. Via email the developer will not respond unless it is a pre-sale inquiry.

Hi, I’m looking for quiz plugin that will suggest product according to answers. There won’t be any points, bad, good, best or sth. like this. There will be i.e. 20 questions from 4-5 categories [mixed] with given multiple answers [in each question only one answer is good]. Depending on which category of guestions user has lowest result plugin should suggest product [or few if result was is poor in few categories].
