If you update again you will loose. But the disruption was caused to some of our customers for activation server issue. It is solved now. So there won’t be any problem now. Thanks

Specifically, I would like to understand:
1) How your server-side CAPI integration works — including the data flow architecture, event triggering mechanism, and how accuracy is ensured. You mentioned it is highly accurate, but so far I have not observed any event data in GTM Debug View. Additionally, in Facebook Event Overview, I am only seeing browser-side events such as PageView, Purchase, and AddToCart. Server-side events do not appear to be firing or tracked.
2) GTM Compatibility — Is it possible to configure your CAPI system via Google Tag Manager (GTM) container and fire events similarly to a setup like Facebook + Stape.io + GTM? If yes, please provide guidance or documentation.
3) Data Layer Support Request — Kindly enable or provide access to a proper data layer structure. This is essential for integrating a more robust tracking system (Facebook + Stape.io + GTM). Even if this setup is relatively costly, it ensures near 100% reliable data transmission and tracking accuracy.
At this point, I need a detailed and transparent understanding of how your system operates, so I can decide whether to continue with it or move to a custom server-side tracking solution.

I switched to wordpress but you changed the UI and additing more features. We again back to your this script agains. I have request to add one more features or make theme in which container is in full width with bigger banner and product card 1200×1600 px not in square. Because we have clothing brand and our image are in 1200×1600 px but in your script it shows in square and cut the image from corner.
2. Add the feature in which we can track the ads details directly in your script running of facebook or google seperately.

Hello. I noticed one issue after uploading the product main and related categories changed to parent categories automatically. When trying to change the categories again by editing the product than dropdown in the categories selection is not working. only parent categories is showing.
