Will this have any adverse affects or conflicts when used with Total Cache and CDN?
No, it is recommended to be used with a caching plugin. I am using it with WP Super Cache and Cloudflare, and another customer is using it with WP Rocket.
Check out version 4.9.4, bringing together SpeedFactor, Volt and a Persistent Object Caching feature. Read more details here:

Vote seem to be interesting too.
the vote5 plugin?
Yep, I’ve been using that plugin for a long time for one of my customers, hundreds of thousands of votes. It’s in the update queue with some minor tweaks.

https://getbutterfly.com/wordpress-plugins/lighthouse/PSQ: So, is it possible to go back in case of problem or results are definitive?
It is possible, yes. You just uncheck the checkbox.
Thankyou for your fast answer. In percentage terms, what is the approximate of gain speed? Of around 30%? More?
It depends. Some sites see an increase of 5%, some sites see an increase of 50%. I have just added a new function – menu caching – which helped me increase the speed of a mega-menu site by approximately 20%.
It would be a good idea to measure the loading time of that site and post the results.
Do not hesitate to do that
I won’t
Just started to implement a tracking function. It should run for a couple of days in order to get an accurate result.
Yep!

https://getbutterfly.com/wordpress-plugins/lighthouse/Pre-Sale question…. I currently use WP Rocket to have better performance (cache).... Is it something that will go well as a add-on since you are tuning up WP or it’s double of the same thing?
It’s not doubling WP Rocket’s functions. Lighthouse will clean up the source code and remove actions and filters BEFORE WP Rocket caching and minifying it.
