Will this have any adverse affects or conflicts when used with Total Cache and CDN?

No, it is recommended to be used with a caching plugin. I am using it with WP Super Cache and Cloudflare, and another customer is using it with WP Rocket.

PSQ: So, is it possible to go back in case of problem or results are definitive?

I won’t ;) Just started to implement a tracking function. It should run for a couple of days in order to get an accurate result.

Pre-Sale question…. I currently use WP Rocket to have better performance (cache).... Is it something that will go well as a add-on since you are tuning up WP or it’s double of the same thing?

It’s not doubling WP Rocket’s functions. Lighthouse will clean up the source code and remove actions and filters BEFORE WP Rocket caching and minifying it.
