I have a few pre-sale questions, can you help me?
1. My business model is URL redirection, meaning I have a short domain, and from it, clients could redirect their links from my domain.
Example: “my.link/xxxxxxxx” -> “clienturl.com”
Does this script solution fit my business? Does it work in a fully automated way for my business model?
2. I usually work with WordPress, I’ve never worked with PHP scripts. Is a programming team necessary for installation and maintenance, or is it possible to quickly understand how it works? How does script customization work? (Changing colors, images, logos, text…)
3. Is the number of links that can be generated unlimited?
4. Are there recurring payments, separate products, or extra fees for maintaining the script’s functionality?
5. What is the username and password to view the demo?
6. How does the QR code generator work? Is it unlimited?
7. What is the difference between a regular license and an extended license? Which one should I get? I only need the script for one website, where clients will be charged a monthly fee to use the script’s service.

As for customization, we have a plugin and a theming system a lot like WordPress. You can change the colors from the admin panel however to change the content you can create a child theme (just like WP).
3. Yes. You can also define limits for customers.

1) You can only allow custom aliases for unregistered users when the membership system is disabled otherwise you cannot.
2) That is not possible however you can easily delete anonymous links via the admin panel
3) You can edit the file in storage/themes/ACTIVE_THEME/index.php. I recommend you make a child theme and then edit.

I noticed that a user subscribed to a $5 plan using a coupon and paid $4 via Stripe. However, I expected the next month’s payment to be $5, but it seems Stripe is still charging $4. Could you check why the subscription is still taking the discounted amount instead of the full plan price?

That is how coupons work in general. It is applied for the duration of the plan until cancelled.
