Sorry for the late reply. We just got back.

1) You can only allow custom aliases for unregistered users when the membership system is disabled otherwise you cannot.

2) That is not possible however you can easily delete anonymous links via the admin panel

3) You can edit the file in storage/themes/ACTIVE_THEME/index.php. I recommend you make a child theme and then edit.

You have an option in the admin panel to disable this. In Admin > Settings > User Settings > Require Registration

We noticed that some users have successfully verified their accounts using NID or Passport, but the verified checkmark is not appearing on their bio/profile page.

Could you please look into why the verification badge is not showing even after successful verification? Let us know if this is a UI issue, a backend sync problem, or something else.

I noticed that a user subscribed to a $5 plan using a coupon and paid $4 via Stripe. However, I expected the next month’s payment to be $5, but it seems Stripe is still charging $4. Could you check why the subscription is still taking the discounted amount instead of the full plan price?

That is how coupons work in general. It is applied for the duration of the plan until cancelled.

Hello Developer, on the website’s biography page, in the section where users’ created pages are located, could you add an option to remove the page from being displayed on the site?

Not disable it, but prevent it from being shown on the site, as many users create them but don’t finish their biography page.

I am currently facing an issue with Twitter (X) authentication in my application.

When users log in using Twitter (X), their email address is not being returned or displayed in our admin/user dashboard. I have already enabled the “Request email from users” option in the X Developer Portal for my app.

Despite this setting being enabled, the email field remains empty for users who authenticate via Twitter (X).

Could you please clarify:

Under what conditions a user’s email is returned?

Whether additional permissions, scopes, or app settings are required?

If there are any known limitations or recent changes related to email access in Twitter (X) login?

Your guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Normally you should be able to get the email if you enabled the option however X’s API is very unstable. They change stuff without mentioning it. I will check to see if anything changed.
