Hello team active it zone, you are doing a great job, can you please give any estimated timeline for 3rd party shipping integration shiprocket addon and Indian tax GST integration! Or definitely consider adding these features in shiprocket integration 1. Pickup request generation and label download features from seller dashboard after order is confirmed by admin team and if customer does not accept the dispatched product then product RTO return charges can be deducted from seller wallet. This feature is important for ecommerce website in India.

My latest version cannot be updated. The upload keeps failing even though everything seems fine. Files over 100 MB are not uploading, and even when I upload them manually, the update still doesn’t work.

We said it about SAAS. The item details do not mention that seller of this system can create separate domain.

Well I may have missed something, but i believe that I have not, so I am asking again the questions to clear things up.

1. Does it support a true SaaS model similar to Shopify? 2. Does Seller Subscription Add-on or though any other way, can each Seller Store have a separate database?

This option is not available. Separate domain create is not possible except having fixed domain and server. So if you will need to have this option you will need to custom the item from source code level with proper server.

How to upgrade to the Latest Version? Answer: You can automatically update to the latest version from any of the past 10 versions. To automatically upgrade to the latest version: ● Go to Admin > System > Update, Upload the Update zip folder, and click on ‘Update Now’ button and It’s Done! The full system has been updated with a single click. If your version is older than the last 10 versions, you need to update your system manually. To manually upgrade to the latest version: ● Extract the downloaded file from codecanyon. ● There you will get a zipped folder named ‘updates.zip’. Upload that to the root directory on your server in which your previous version is running. Unzip that updates.zip file by selecting “Extract here”. ● Then, run all the SQL files manually in order (starting with the version after your current one, up to the latest version) in your phpMyAdmin. Now reload the home page.

what’s what I did, I extracted the update.zip file to my root then went to my website to load it so it shows the put purchase code but instead it throws the error 500 but when I visit the admin link admin is not affected only the frontend is showing the error 500.

How did you approach to update the item? Did you use admin panel for the update or tried for manual update?

copy the file manager files & move to new host, export database sql file then import sql and i see installer run then i finish it and upload the exiting db
