Hi! First of all, I want to say that I really like Acelle, it’s a very solid product and I’m enjoying working with it. I just have a few questions and concerns that I hope you can help me with:

Global tracking domain Is it possible to set a single tracking domain for the entire system? For example, instead of using domain.com/... as the tracking links, I would like to use something like tracking.domain.com globally for all users and all campaigns.

Support status mismatch Inside my Acelle installation, it shows “Support Expired”, but CodeCanyon shows that I still have 6 months of active support (I just purchased the item). Could you clarify why this happens or how to fix the support status?

Tracking Domains menu missing in user panel In the frontend (customer view), the left-side menu does not show the “Tracking Domains” section. If I search using the top search bar, the page appears and works correctly, so the functionality exists, but the menu link itself is missing. Is this expected, or is there something wrong in my installation?

“Users must use their own tracking domains” doesn’t seem to enforce anything In the plan settings, I enabled the option “Users must use their own tracking domains”. However, after enabling it, I tested by sending a campaign from the user panel, and the campaign was sent successfully without adding any tracking domain. How is this restriction enforced? Am I missing a configuration step?

Tracking domain verified, but not selectable in campaigns I successfully added and verified a tracking domain using the provided PHP script. It now appears in the admin list as “verified”, but there is no option inside the campaign setup for the user to select which tracking domain to use. Should this option appear during campaign creation, or is this automatic?

I would really appreciate your guidance on these points. Thanks in advance, and again, great product!

I checked the official demo, and in the demo everything appears correctly:

The Tracking Domains menu is visible in the customer left panel.

The option to select a tracking domain during campaign creation is also available.

However, the demo is running version 4.0.24, while my installation is running the latest 4.1.5. In version 4.1.5, both of these UI elements are missing. The Tracking Domains page works if accessed manually, but the option to select a tracking domain inside a campaign does not appear anywhere, so there is currently no way for a customer to assign a tracking domain to a campaign in 4.1.5.

It seems like something may have been overlooked in this recent update.

Could you please take a look and fix this in version 4.1.5? Thank you!

I have a standard license. Am I able to install and use it for my needs now and when I need to convert it to SaaS upgrade the license to extended and just change the key in my admin? Will it break anything I have configured for myself if I do this? Since I bought extended license can I upgrade for the difference in license amount?

With a regular license, you can use the product for your own or your own team/company If you want to use our product as a SAAS (Software as a service), then you will need an extended license With an extended license, you are free to re-brand or/and customize and charge your users for using it.

Hi Louis, whenever any user purchase any plan it shows this error “We cannot charge the invoice #68fe8c085e7ca. Error from :service: Payment done, but something went wrong after that: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given ” due to which they get stuck on plan selection page. please resolve the issue asap

Hi we found Sub-accounts option in admin panel with below description. SendGrid and ElasticEmail support creating sub-accounts that belong to a parent account. Sub-accounts are provided in order to help you segment your email sending and API activity

But we not found any option to add any sub-account there mean who have subaccount in elasticmail how to add here.

1. Sometimes Acelle does not trust an IP address and it might raise a warning like that. No worries as it is normally and does not affect your campaign and tracking statistics.

2. You can login to the admin area, then go to Settings > All Settings > Upgrade -> to see your current version

BTW, Acelle comes with an Upgrade Manager that allows you to perform a live upgrade to any newer version.

This is a quick and seamless upgrade process that does not require you to reinstall the web application. All user data and application settings are preserved.

can you add scoreapp platform features in this acelle system . becase nowadays we need to qualify each leads . to check the lead is best fit for us or not we need to use score . after asking some question it will give net funnel urls result based on that . if the person get more 90/100 then he is qualified + he redirect to our main program , if the lead get 50/100 then they will redirect to another result page . this is simple qualifiying or flitering poor leads and quality leads system . check scoreapp platform for more details. and can you impleemtn this then this product have huge valuable . because this is no one know . only some agencies . nowadays we need quality and high paying customers so if yoi give this in our saas our customers can use this features for thire customer filteration purpose. very important feature and that best for this email marketing system
