There is a big security issue: When I disable the comment section in a project for a user, he can see in project Activity the comment what somebody wrote. this is big problem. So hiding for example the comment section makes no sense in the settings?

I noticed a bug and an issue with the wallet feature.
Bug
Once an invoice has been generated, it is not possible to change a client’s default currency.
If you try and change a client’s currency from the system default, the currency symbol does not save:
This works for non paying clients but the symbol for the invoice total, and
the “payment received” amount in the client tab on the backend does not change.
Automatic currency conversion does not seem to be working after setting the conversion rate. For existing paying clients, it is not possible to select any currency other than the default currency.
Wallet Issue
Clients cannot select the wallet as a payment option.
Even when Auto Balance Invoice Payments is enabled on the backend, the client is still redirected to the payment processor to make the full payment.
The invoice payment should first deduct the available wallet balance, and only charge the remaining amount through the payment processor.
Hi, the client currency cannot be changed after an invoice is created to prevent data mismatch. Regarding the client wallet, it looks OK in the demo. Once you create an invoice and mark that as not paid, the wallet amount will be adjusted. Could you please describe when it’s not working? Thanks.
So, for example, when a customer goes to the store to purchase an item, their wallet balance should automatically be applied by deducting the amount from the total—but that isn’t happening here. The customer currently has no control over using their wallet. There should be an option at checkout to pay with the wallet, unless I’m missing a setting. As it stands, even when a customer has funds in their wallet, they can’t use them unless they contact us and we handle it manually.
We also found an issue with the mark as not paid, if that invoice is ever deleted by a admin mistakenly or on purpose the user is credited back the funds in their wallet. This should be looked into, even if that invoice is deleted the fund is already used. If they need to recredit they can add it to the wallet.

It would be a great benefit for us if file previews within a project could also be viewed in a grid view. This is perfectly sufficient for images. Other formats, such as PDFs, DOCs, or videos, could be displayed as icons, similar to cloud systems.

When a team member assigns a task to another team member, is there a way to remove the permission for the assignee to delete the task? I want them to be able to reject the task, but not delete it. Is that possible?

I have been enjoying this software. Thank you so much. I have one issue i need to solve for my personal use. When I apply filters to the Expenses or Payments lists and then edit/save an individual record, the page refreshes and all my filter selections are lost. This forces me to re-select the same filter options repeatedly, which is time-consuming and disrupts my workflow.
Current Behavior: I apply filters (e.g., by date range, category, project) I click on a filtered result to edit it After saving changes, the page reloads All filters are reset to default, and I have to re-apply them manually
Could you please implement a way to preserve the filter state across page reloads?

When adding a new lead and then clicking “Edit,” the custom fields and the client’s phone number do not appear for editing.
In Kanban view, the lead does not appear for its assigned manager.
The lead form currently has no field for the client’s email address — please add this as an option.
We also need enhanced permissions control for the Leads module, including the ability to manage:
