That happens if you have the old version of ImageMagick. You need version 7.1 with RSVG for faster processing and correct conversion to other formats. If you have version 6.9 and cannot upgrade, you can disable ImageMagick in the admin panel > QR settings.

Does the API allow you to shorten a domain with a selected domain, or does only iframe allow you to set the domain in which the link is shortened?
I don’t see an option to select a custom domain in the API documentation.

Hi, I currently have a script running on mydomain.xx, and I want to move it to a subdomain, xx.mydomain.xx. What’s the simplest and cleanest way to do this?
I would also like to know if it’s possible to keep generating short links so that: • all existing links (created on mydomain.xx) continue to work • but all new links are generated from the new subdomain (xx.mydomain.xx)
The reason for the move is that I plan to install WordPress on the main domain, so I need to relocate the script to a subdomain.

Unfortunately if you install WordPress on the root domain, all short links using mydomain.xx will stop working because WordPress will try to resolve these instead of the script.

In regard to the Extended license:
1) Can I completely white-label the site? In other words, can I use my own business name and logo throughout the site, its documentation, emails, etc.?
2) If I buy the Standard license today, can I pay only the difference when I upgrade to the Extended license later?
3) In case I modify the script, how does the upgrade to Extended work? Do I just need to replace the license? Or do I need to replace the entire script?
4) Do you have a customer-facing user manual that I could white-label with my own brand and logo?
5) How difficult is it to customize the site’s look and feel? How can I change the name “My Channels” to “Tags”?
6) In addition to tracking clicks, does your script track conversions and ROI, as well? For example, can your scripts tell us not only the number of clicks a link has produced, but also the number of sales or leads it has generated?
5) Do you have a screenshot or video showing how aggregate statistics work in a “Campaign”? Can it tell you which links generate the most clicks and the highest conversion rates (ROI) within the campaign like what’s shown in an example below? A comparison chart would be nice, too:

2) Yes. You will have to contact Envato directly to upgrade

4) The script contains instructions for various feature. We don’t have a user guide per se however you can review our documentation at https://gemp.me/docs and write your own docs.
5) It is relatively easy however you still do need some knowledge in HTML/CSS and some base knowledge in PHP. For strings, you can use the built-in translation system to change the words.
6) Not at the moment however you can implement conversion pixels.

You just need to change the site url in settings if the new domain is on the same server. You will also need to send us an email with your purchase code to reset the domain association.
