When updating a product, the selected category changes to the main category. For example, if a product was previously in “Mobile Cover” (main category) with a subcategory like “iPhone” or “Samsung,” after updating, the product only appears in the “Mobile Cover” main category.

The screenshots you shared are not accessible on our side, so we couldn’t review them. In the actual product, this right-side handle does not exist, so it does not affect responsiveness. It’s included only for demo purposes. Rest assured, the full system is completely responsive and functions correctly across all devices.

I want to share one suggestion. Whenever we had small bugs, we always fixed them ourselves. But now, for a critical issue, I genuinely needed your help, so I raised Ticket ID: 3378. This issue is affecting our live business because the email verification system has bugs.

I already sent the full details, but after 4–5 days I received a reply saying “please send detailed email.” That is why I am asking what was wrong with my email? I clearly mentioned all 4–5 points. Why was it not understood?

This is the exact email I sent:

We are using Version 10, and we are facing several issues during customer registration and verification. Please review the following: 1. Email Verification Failed: When a customer registers, we get this message: {status code sending failed.”} 2. Direct Registration Error: When customers register directly, this error appears: domain/registration/verification When verification is disabled, users are not automatically logged in after registration. The system does not redirect them to their dashboard. Sometimes we receive this message even for new users: {status already exists!”}
