POS Category Switching Issue When we open a category and view the items, everything works normally. However, when we switch to another category, the POS freezes and remains stuck on the previous category. The items of the new category do not load. We also tested the same behavior on the demo site you provide, and the exact same issue occurred there as well.
Please assist with the category-switching issue. It is a critical problem, and both of my branches are struggling because of it. With every bill, the POS freezes when switching categories, and the items do not load. I have to refresh the system to continue, which clears the entire cart and forces us to start over each time. This happens on every bill and is severely disrupting our operations. Your urgent support on this matter would be greatly appreciated. When creating an invoice or quote:
The system should copy product name, description, price, and tax rate into a separate invoice line table (invoice_items) — not just reference the product ID.
Future edits to the product table should not affect old invoice items.
Only new invoices should use updated product information.
This is how systems like QuickBooks, OnlineInvoices, Dolibarr, Perfex CRM behave correctly.

No — it doesn’t work that way. Editing a product description will also update the product description on all past invoices that reference that product.

Hello, 3 years now, I request to separate ability to edit sales by editing suspended and draft sales in POS, means in order for the sales person to be able to edit suspended sales, they need permission to edit sales, which is not okay.

1. In order to have ability to edit suspended and draft sales in POS need permission of EDIT SALES which is not good for everyone, so you meed to separate it.
2. Also when you suspend sales it reduce stock which is wrong what if sales not completed?

2. Yes, it should reduce the stock. Even if sales is not completed the amount quantity in sales will be reduced.

I’m having serious problems with my clients. I just acquired another license for one of them.
1- When I uploaded the update, it seems I activated the CSS, but it’s not being served correctly. I had to go into the system settings and assign a color for the background color to apply. In fact, only blue and purple work; other colors like yellow and red aren’t applied correctly, and a different color appears instead of the one selected.
2- The problem with how the database serves requests is causing a lot of headaches. With only 40,000 records, the view sells, gets stuck in processing, and because it can’t retrieve the requests, it interrupts the process.

Hello Team, i try your HMS, creating price from Mon-Sunday, then Mon=50, Tue=60, Wed=70, thur=100, fri=150, sat=200, sun=175. when i try to book fri to sun or nov. 7 to 10. 3 night. it computes only total 450 which only friday rate. not the rate for fri, sat, sun. its good it itemized on the invoice per day rate then, total. amazing.

Hello, currently it will only work either offline or online. There is no option to sync.
To disable card go to Business Locations > Edit
& disable the Payment method Card there.

Dear many times I requested the features
1- location delete option, I can see in the business location table delete at Colum but once deleted at no hide the location so add deleted option in location settings once click deleted, automatically disabled the location also hide the location from the location settings so it will not affect any other sales or report nothing the benefit user cannot reactivated and if need the superadmin can remove delete at table date 2- if the user package 2 location or more after the user downgraded to 1 location after the user can continue to enable or disable the all locations so please fix that because all user using 1 location package with multiple locations
