There is a major flaw on how recording expense/tax work, you are calculating tax rate based on referencing the tax rate in the system instead of saving the actual tax amount or allowing to enter a custom tax amount, because not everything on the expense is taxable. Making it impossible to use the expense function accurately

@foxnice: Hi, 3 months ago, I warned the Perfex team of this European obligation to implement electronic invoicing.

I also alerted them to the fact that many of our users would have to change systems if Perfex did not update their system.

And as an answer I got = “[Hi. Appreciate your input on this, we will definitely try to make Perfex CRM compatible for such change but it will take some time. Stay tuned. Regards.]”

Perfex is a good product… But this answer is too evasive, too imprecise. We are waiting for a clear and precise answer!

We don’t currently use your software, but we’re considering migrating from the one we use now. From what I’ve seen in the demo and the comments here, it looks like you’ve implemented electronic invoicing but not Verifactu. This will be a mandatory requirement in Spain starting January 1st, 2026.

If you don’t adapt to it, you’ll likely lose a significant portion of your customers in Spain, as they’ll need to migrate to other tools. On the other hand, this represents a great opportunity for you to encourage existing customers to renew their support plans and to attract new users like us who are currently evaluating alternatives.
