There is a problem with the supplier’s account when making a purchase invoice and it is due for payment and at another time we add a payment to the supplier’s account and the value of the payment is greater than the value of the previous purchase, it does not appear in the supplier’s account that he has a balance from me in his personal account and it appears in the prepaid balance in the external table for suppliers and when adding another purchase from the supplier the amount available was not deducted from the pre-existing balance and when trying to pay the purchase invoice the full amount is requested without deducting the pre-existing balance

Active Selected can be added back, but the edit product cannot be added as it has some glitches.

I mean if it was possible to specify all inactive products and activate them together

Barcode Label Printing Issue The barcode label printing feature needs to be simplified to work seamlessly with different paper sizes. The current guide provided does not support many common label paper dimensions.

Returns Not Reflected in Daily Cash Report Returned items are not being recorded properly in the daily cash report, which leads to inaccurate reporting.

Supplier Payments Automatically Applied to Invoices When making a “payment on account” to a supplier, the amount is automatically applied to outstanding invoices, rather than simply being recorded as a balance. This should be optional, not automatic.

Supplier-Customer Account Overlap If a party is registered as both a supplier and a customer, the system should allow automatic deduction of sales invoices from purchase invoices when applicable.

Activity Log Enhancements Please improve the Activity Log by including more detailed information such as the IP address and the device used to perform the action.

Mandatory Payment Account Selection When recording a payment, the system should enforce selecting a payment account and should not allow the transaction to be completed without linking it correctly.

Inventory Mismatch There is a mismatch between the number of purchased items and the actual product stock shown in the supplier inventory report. This needs to be investigated and resolved.

Barcode for Every Transaction Please consider adding a unique barcode to every sales or purchase transaction to make returns easier—allowing items to be scanned without needing to enter any data manually.

I am writing to you as a long-time customer. I purchased UltimatePOS along with most of its available add-ons back in 2021. However, I must express my concern that I have not yet been able to use the software in a production environment.

The reason is a lack of support for fiscalization, which is a legal requirement in my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as throughout much of the Balkan region. According to national regulations, all receipts must be printed using certified fiscal printers — specifically, direct line thermal printers such as those listed on the following website: https://www.datecs.bg/en/products/44

To comply with local law, the software must be able to generate and print the following types of documents:

Fiscal receipt

Daily report (Z-report)

Financial overview

Canceled fiscal receipt (storno)

Duplicate fiscal receipt

Duplicate daily report

And similar fiscal printouts

Therefore, I am reaching out to kindly ask: Would it be possible for your development team to create a Fiscalization module compatible with our local requirements?

I am fully willing to provide you with any technical documentation or samples that you may need for development.

Additionally, I must note with some concern the difficulty in reaching your support team. Since I purchased the software in 2021:

I no longer have access to ticket-based support

I have a few important questions before purchase:

1. If I want to buy UltimatePOS and sell subscriptions to multiple customers (as SaaS), what are the exact licenses and modules I need to purchase? Do I only need the Regular License + SaaS Module, or do I also need the Extended License?

2. If I have around 10 customers (companies) with 10 users in total using the system at the same time, what are the recommended server specifications (CPU, RAM, storage) for smooth performance?

3. If one of my customers requests a local installation (to install it on their own laptop or PC without using cloud hosting), do I need to purchase an additional license for them, or can I install it for them using my existing license?

4. For small businesses that will use the system for 2-3 years, the database size will become very large over time. In traditional accounting systems, there is a financial year closing and data archiving/rotation feature to manage old data and improve performance.

Is this feature available in UltimatePOS? If not, what is your recommended solution for this scenario?

1. For selling as subscription you’ll have to purchase:

UltimatePOS regular License UltimatePOS SaaS Module Extended License.

2. It all depends on their business sizes. I would recommend that you purchase a low-cost server, then upgrade when needed

3. It needs a separate license for installation in local.

4. Data always remains in the system so that you can check them when needed in future. Deleting data will create a problem.

Tried kitchen module, why chef has to click details and see prices etc. And why is cola (ready to serve item) also sent to kitchen. Chef only need to see what and how many to cook (excluding ready to serve items) for certain table in one screen, not all the rubbish like price, payment, discount. https://ibb.co/twx5vtJW
