One question, I have a demand, it would be for employee document management, I need the script to identify some documents and in the absence of some that are mandatory it does not release the employee’s documentation, can I do this?

If I buy it, can you do this customization? If so, how much does it cost?

I believe implementing the above functionality would take a minimum of 40 to 50 hours of work. Since our rate is $20/hour, the estimated cost would be between $800 and $1,000.

Hello, Can you integrate this system: Offline mode, users can work locally and synchronize data as soon as the internet connection returns.

How much will this customization cost?

It would require approximately one month of effort. It would cost you around 3000$.

I will come back to you to discuss this price

I purchased another domain and would like to transfer the license to the new domain. Is it possible to cancel the license on the old domain and activate it on the new domain?

Could you please connect us via Codecanyon support?

Add a SaaS feature and additional user tools where:

1. Client Subscription (SaaS model):

Clients can subscribe to use the platform (multi-tenant architecture). Each client gets their own workspace to store, manage, and share files. Role-based access (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer). Subscription tiers (basic = file storage, premium = workflows, process mapping, video/image embedding). Billing module with recurring payments, invoicing, and usage tracking. 2. Process Flow Attachment to Instructions/Procedures:

Every procedure (document, SOP, WI) can have an interactive process flow attached. Instead of long text, users see a pictorial / flowchart version (drag-and-drop diagram builder). Clicking each step opens the related section of the procedure. 3. Rich Media Embedding:

Ability to add video, image, or external links to specific steps or nodes in the process flow. Hover over a step = a small tooltip popup with icons (video , image ️, doc ). Clicking opens a lightbox-style preview without leaving the flow. Great for training new staff or simplifying complex SOPs. 4. Enhanced Usability:

Searchable repository: users can find docs by keyword, tags, or linked process step. Version control for both documents and workflows. Audit trail (who opened/viewed which file/step). Mobile-friendly (procedures can be viewed on-the-go in the field). In short, this transforms the platform from being “just a digital filing cabinet” into a full knowledge + workflow SaaS hub that supports:

Compliance with (ISO/ISM/QMS stuff) implementation, Training (easy onboarding with visual + media guides), Operations (step-by-step live workflows).

Thank you for sharing the requirements. We will consider building a separate application on top of the features already included in the DMS application in future.

Find below a better and detailed explanation below;

Its basically adding enterprise-grade document control thinking — basically a built-in auto-document versioning & metadata stamping system that ensures consistency, traceability, and compliance (exactly what ISO/ISM/QMS auditors love to see).

Here’s how this would work in practice:

1. Automatic Document Header (Top of Every Page)

The system should dynamically stamp these fields (pulled from metadata in the database, not typed manually):

Company Name Company Logo (icon or banner) First Version Release Date Current Version Update Date Current Document Effective Date Next Revision-Due Date Current Version Number (e.g., v3.2) Document Reference Number (unique ID) Document Name / Title Document Level (e.g., Policy, Procedure, Work Instruction) Document Type (SOP, Form, Record, Guideline, etc.) Benefit: no more human errors — every time a doc is updated, header auto-refreshes.

2. Automatic Document Footer (Bottom of Every Page)

A mini change-history tracker (last 3 versions only, for quick reference). Example format: ```

Document Number: SOP-003 | Version: v3.2 | Date Created: 2023-07-15 | Date Expired: 2024-07-14 Document Number: SOP-003 | Version: v3.1 | Date Created: 2022-07-10 | Date Expired: 2023-07-14

Document Number: SOP-003 | Version: v3.0 | Date Created: 2021-06-20 | Date Expired: 2022-07-10 ```

Page numbering: `Page X of Y` (auto-updating, works for digital & printed exports). Benefit: anyone flipping through a printout instantly sees whether they’re using the latest version.

3. Version Control Logic

Each new upload/approval automatically: Updates header metadata. Pushes older version into footer history. Increments version number based on rules (major vs. minor updates). Updates revision cycle (e.g., +1 year from effective date). 4. Extra Sweeteners

Export-ready templates (PDF, DOCX) with auto-header/footer applied. Locking mechanism so users can’t tamper with version details. Watermark for obsolete versions (e.g., “SUPERSEDED” diagonally across). This is basically turning the platform into a QMS-compliant Document Management System (DMS) with embedded ISO-style controls.

Thank you for sharing the requirements. We will consider building a separate application on top of the features already included in the DMS application in future.

Hi

Do you plan to add MFA for login? IP whitelisting? Considering is a DMS, quite a sensitive topic and also a best practice.

Kind regards Anders

We will consider MFA and IP whitelisting in future releases.

‘Skip indexing in case of file size more than 3 mb.’ Is there a way to increase this index file limit?

Currently, we do not have any configuration for this; however, we will include it in a future release.

Thanks!

Hi, great update, I’ve been waiting for the electronic signature for a long time. But I tested the demo. Is it possible to choose the location of the signature? I think it will be more perfect, for example, if I already have my name on the document and someone else’s too, I sign and place my signature under my name.

We are conducting R&D to implement a drag-and-drop signature feature. Currently, a paid Syncfusion library is available that already supports this functionality, so we need to integrate it. Customization would be required to integrate the Syncfusion library.

Ok I understand no problem, thank you

Hi, First of all, thanks for your great work. I purchased this script long ago but haven’t started using it yet. I’m looking for the custom metadata support as mentioned in the product details page, but I don’t see option to define custom metadata in the demo application. Can you please explain me how that works or point me some reference where I can check that? Thanks,

Great, I’ll be looking forward to implementation of the new features. Appreciate the great work your team is doing. After reading your comment, I googled possibility of adding OCR to Laravel and looks like there is a possible package LaraOCR that can do that using tesseract under the hood. Link to the package: https://github.com/alimranahmed/LaraOCR

Most users use the Laravel application on shared hosting, where there is no option to install an OCR library on the server(tesseract ). If a user wants to add OCR functionality, they need to do it themselves or contact us for customisation.

Thanks for the clarification, I didn’t know tesseract is not supported on a shared hosting. I’ll give it a try as I’m hosting on a personal home lab.

Hello and congrats for your really nice product.

I have some questions:

1. Signing a document from a client that access the file over an URL and by Applying to save it as a newer version or even a new document? 2. Multiple share of documents after selecting 2 or more documents, over a single URL? 3. HTML file extensions can be opened in an internal browser or frame to be read?

Thank you very much for your efforts.

Thank you for your suggestions.

We will consider the option for clients to sign documents accessed via a shared URL and save them as a new version or a new document.

We will also evaluate the ability to share multiple selected documents through a single URL to simplify the sharing process.

Regarding your third point — allowing HTML files to be opened within an internal browser or frame — we believe this could introduce potential security vulnerabilities, such as cross-site scripting (XSS). Therefore, we currently do not plan to support this feature.

Thank you for your answers..

I wanted to inform you that I updated to the latest version. You need to check the migration files cause they are conflicting somehow with existing tables and values and I had to change the migration files to add exclusions.

Also I have an issue with the File Request. No matter what I did, I am not able to upload a File cause I get immediately after I select it “Invalid file Extension” although I always use the correct file!

An example can be for you here:

https://hotelinnovativ.support/file-requests/preview/45b96067-93c4-4725-9b47-a8274dbe2449

Thank you!

Hello,

Can you please connect us throught support for more details.

Thanks

Hi, Could you please let me know how much time is left until the Document Signature feature becomes available?

Thank you,

Still, ETA haven’t been defined.

Do we have features to manage employees, customers and invoices?

And for invoices, we need it to be able to manage clients payments, and keep the records

Are these what you can add? If yes, how soon?

HR Management features are not part of our current DMS roadmap. Implementing them would require custom development.

Hello,

I have a suggestions:

1- having the possibility of adding the document’s expiration date and having a configuration to request a new document from the client x days before it expires.

2- Also, when you click on the client, there is a documents tab where you can see a preview of the client’s documents.

3- File request: the possibility of defining a custom text where it will be possible to mention the documents that the client needs to send, so when the client opens the link, he will see this text with the list of documents that he needs to upload.

Do you have plans to release this?

We will consider above points in the future release. However, we do not have any ETA.

hello i just have question i flow all your steps but when i add database and username password they click the button they just showing error 500 Server Error

please i am waiting response and solve the problem why its not working

As per CodeCanyon policy, our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you for your support.

kindly give me complete solution i was purchased urgently your code but its not working 500 server error i trying 10 times still same problem

1. I see you are already working on features from .NET other apps to this app one by one, beside that could you please consider workspace for user groups, so all users added to the group will have access to the files within the group?

2. Are the files get encrypted while stored in server? Is there way to configure different servers for different user groups?

3. Will you add possibility to add custom fields to ask users to fill while signing the document?

Take it as feature request if not there yet. Thank you.

Thank you very much.

1. workspace for user groups, any update? point 2 or 3 are also there.

Still haven’t started and ETA haven’t defined yet. It would take time.

i am not getting the difference between regular license and extended license. Please more specific or in details… i want to buy on your reply

can we have any discount for bulk purchase? you should consider in Extended License ?

I would like to know what the refresh buttons in the system are for and why they are important.

We are storing data in the NgRx Signal Store that doesn’t update frequently. When navigating to the page, we don’t need to fetch this data from the server again. However, sometimes a different user may add new data that is not reflected on the page. In such cases, clicking the refresh button will retrieve the latest records from the database.

Thanks for the explanation.

Hi! I’m having a problem: when I change the system logo on the dashboard, the new image appears correctly. However, when I access it from my smartphone, the old logo with the text “DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT” continues to appear. This also happens when I test responsiveness through the browser at lower resolutions, such as those of smartphones. Perhaps it is a problem related to responsiveness.

Image logo taken from caching. Would you try with Incognito mode in browser?

A much missing feature is SMS Alerts for notificaitons, such that, actions that triggers emails would equally trigger SMS.

I saw your response to this request by someone here that SMS providers have different settings to send SMS—Yes, SMS Providers have different API endpoints but you could make it open with custom https url entry and api values inputs.

I will be glad to provide you Tonkra SMS API for this trial, while making it open and generic for integration using other providers.

We replied on your support email.

This will be considered in a future release. A unified SMS integration is difficult at this stage, as API requirements vary by provider.

I can’t translate the days of the week that are on the calendar into another language.
