Hello, the system gave an error that a document has the same name, and this is true, however, they are different customers, the system should analyze this because when I put the same category and the same file name but from different customers then the file must be stored in different places so there is no error that the file already exists. I have thousands of documents with the same name but in different client folders, if the system doesn’t identify that they are different clients it will point out this error and it doesn’t make sense because it doesn’t matter what the name of the file is and which category it is in, but which client it is linked to. How can you help me?
We are currently checking whether the document name and category name combination are unique. However, we are not validating uniqueness with the client’s name. If you want to include the client name in the uniqueness check, it will require customisation of the application.

The Custom Workflow feature will be released first, followed by additional features in subsequent releases.
In the deep search function, the documents I’m going to scan will be scanned using OCR technology, i.e. in the deep search I’ll be able to search for texts and dates that are in the documents that have been scanned. My question is about the number of advanced search results. It only displays the 10 relevant results, but what if I need more? Can I modify this in the source code? Can you help me with this? I want to make a specific language the default language because the desktop web version is Arabic and the mobile version is English. I want the language to be unified. How do I do that?
Application customisation would needed. Application can pick up default language base on browser language.
In the mobile version, the default language is English and there is no option to change it.

Got it. I’m going to use OCR when scanning the documents, so the PDFS will already have OCR to allow deep searching within documents. But as far as bulk uploading is concerned, it’s essential in my operation due to the volume of files. Do you have any plans to implement this feature in the PHP version? Yes, It would be released soon.we are working on bulk upload and chunk upload so larger or big files will be uploaded without any issues. It’s important for bulk upload as well.
The OCR feature already exists through DEEP SEARCH, the documents I’m going to upload will already be scanned with OCR technology allowing the use of DEEP SEARCH so this is already solved.
My biggest need is for mass file uploads, as I’m going to start an operation with 1 million files to upload and this feature is essential for that.

We are planning to deploy the system before the 16th.
If you intend to bulk upload a large number of files, we recommend using our .NET-based Document Management System. we have created background sync service for one of clients that you can install on your local machine. How It Works: You configure the background service to monitor a specific local folder.
Once configured, simply copy and paste files into that folder. The service will automatically upload and sync those files to the server and reflect them in the web application.
I have to use the PHP version because it will be hosted on a cloud server, I just need it to allow mass uploading of documents, do you intend to implement this feature by the 16th in the PHP version?

But it doesn’t have the following sections: Document name, document description, and meta tags. Is there a php version update coming soon?

1. Cant add sub categories with the same name. 2. Check “permission” of logged in users frequently 3. Grid filter for frequency on the reminders page 4. Even if the REMINDER is NOT set in the permission. I can still see this in Assigned Documents when i login as a “USER” even if the permission for MY REMINDERS is not set / ticked.
